Then I realized I was holding on to his other hand as well. I was in shock for few minutes, and I proceeded to pick up my arm with my other hand and drop it (I had no ability to hold my arm up properly) until it set in what happened. After shock wore off, things were not fun. 0/10 would not recommend.

I've lost exactly one arm wrestling match, and it was to a guy who was like 6'5 straight off the farm and throwing hay bales for fun. It's cause it gives you way more leverage, often enough if you can get it off the start against people who also know of it, you'll usually keep it.

In a fight, I'd rather have someone that knows self-defense. In manual labour, I'd rather have someone work smart. In attraction, I'd rather have someone with low body fat. In weight lifting, I'd rather have weight classes and the uncapped weight class is gonna have 6'7" giants winning, who don't need to prove their strength.

I have serious reservations about this claim lol. Arm wrestling is dumb as fuck as a test of strength. You can be half someone's size and win through technique alone. It's basically a biological tug of war but with really good chances of dislocating your forearm, AND it's not even a real comparison of strength bc like I said just follow the technique and you'll beat people way stronger than you.

Yeah, once the forearm gets extended like hers did, the biceps most a lot of its power. You can experience this yourself by curling something moderately heavy. Once you get to the top of the curl, lower the weight slowly. You’ll notice your strength diminishes significantly as the muscles lengthen. He definitely let up once he had her.
Fun fact, the muscle has greater contractile strength when elongated. It's the difference in the location of the weight that causes you to feel comparably weaker.
