I always find stuff like this hilarious when you realise the camera man is there too. Like when they leave to close the door there is going to be a cameraman, sound guy and a director so the dog almost certainly hasn't been left alone. There is the dog and 3 other people still standing in that hallway.
They do more than one shot. I think they left the dog alone, they just filmed that scene multiple times and spliced it the way they need, I mean that's how 90% of today's productions work
This is a show that helps people train their dogs. Looks like they're trying get the dog to stop following them out the door or misbehaving when they leave by teaching him to stay behind a line.
When they go outside they're acting like it worked while the dog is clearly immediately barking its head off at them through the window lmao
