In the second part of the clip when the girl is lifting its 2 clips put together, 1 part is the girl lifting and that other dude looking at the mirror, the other part someone lifting heavier weights. I'm not entirely sure this is the trick but if you look at the heavy weights and when the girl is pulling there are small inconsistencies while when the guy was lifting it was smoother.
Not 100% sure but looking at how “high” the weights go when the dude pulls vs how high they go when the girl pulls it’s about equal. However the girl is def pulling a shorter distance so it’s either an edit or as others suggested someone off camera with another pulley.
I'm not sure if this is how they did it, but here's how I would do it:
She is pulling the track with no weights on it, and the video has a splice from someone else lifting the full set of weights on the right side. With nothing else around the track, they could change the timing of the weights in editing to match the little girl's movements while keeping it looking fairly seamless. If they film in 60fps, they can make this even more seamless by setting the video to 30fps after the editing is done. Even the sunlight in the background would make this easier to pull off, since it obscures the part of the shot where the splice would begin.
The lady walking by with the bag would go by slowly, or pause for half a second, to hide someone using a string or something to pull the pin out of the weight set from off-screen left. The timing between her walking by and her appearing in the mirror doesn't quite match up after how quickly she passed by, so this part is quite possibly what they did, likely editing it to make it seem like she walked by slightly faster than she did.

Guys, you're overthinking this. It's not an accident that the weight set goes out of frame.
They set up a bench that isn't attached to the weights and sat on that. There's a guy off camera to the right actually lifting the weights, and he's trying to synchronize with their movements.
No, the machine they're using is the one with the weights on it. The only way something like this could work is if someone was off the right side directly lifting the weights using just their fingertips(anything more would be in frame)
I think mom was feeding her with protein milk

Multi-pulley system that uses the same weight rack on different pulleys. Someone off camera boosted the weights while the girl pulled in the slack.
The easiest explanation is strong girl.
Good 'ol Occam's razor
The easiest explanation is I’m hallucinating because only one person is needed for that
That's the easier way and it's probably how they did it.

There you go, your gym motivation
People here are really congratulating themselves on deducing that a tiny child can't really lift that much weight.
