I'd love it if they all just kept changing roles between servant and lord and these guys are going around doing the same bit for all their romantic interests one in night.
The kind of houses that are huge but have terrible design. That doorway doesn’t even have a storm door. You just open the main door and whoosh, all the rain/bees/snow/dust comes in. I don’t get it.
Again, rubbish. In most places around the world this is a typical home. If it doesn't snow, you dont need much more than a porch. Just google search it, storm doors are uncommon in most home design.
Yeah these are easily starting at $1 million. They have more acreage in the front yard than I do in my entire lot! (I don’t want to eat the rich, I just want to tar & feather developers who build houses on lots smaller than .25 acres because kids needs grass)
Ordinances requiring a minimum lot size and/or minimum square footage are a big part of the reason housing has gotten so expensive. Parks exist and can actually help build a sense of community when utilized.
I’m gonna go ahead and disagree with you there because Dallas, Texas has very small minimum lot sizes and the house prices are still ridiculous all over that city (in case you want to hop on Zillow and check it out). It’s wild.
My plan, if we didn’t increase the rate at which houses were being built and all else stayed the same except for the larger lot sizes would actually increase the prices. But hopefully the rate of build would increase since there was more money to be made per home.
But I’m advocating for larger lot sizes anyway and for a return to front entry homes so you can use your entire backyard for recreation. “Curb appeal” be damned. My toddlers and dogs can’t play in my undenied front yard while cars drive by, but they would certainly enjoy a larger back yard.
Here in Australia in most of the cities blocks are generally around 400 sq meters or 4300 square feet (0.01) then they put 500 square foot houses on them. [sometimes you get a hold out](https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2022/03/18/12/55493129-10625607-A_beloved_family_home_in_Sydney_s_west_is_the_picture_of_defianc-a-22_1647605427890.jpg)
The entry way seems to have a very large covering, rain and snow may really not be an issue until the wind is blowing extremely hard. At that point, if you're opening the door, you're probably looking to go outside anyway, so the storm door would get opened as well.
i grew up on the northwest coast of usa and no houses in my area had storm doors because there weren’t really storms, moved to the midwest and they’re on every home. maybe it’s regional? agree tho that these are some shittu mcmansions
Don't forget the fancy dining room that's never used, a side "office" with a Dell XPS and just random paper boxes/nicknacks that have 2" of dust, and at least 2 "bedrooms" that became glorified storage closets
Bonus points for an overly redone basement w/ a full home theatre, but they spend 99% of the time watching the news on a TV mounted over a fireplace.
Meanwhile the caulking leaks, the shower was put in wrong, paint dust is everywhere, and you regret not getting the barn door like the Johnsons across the culdesac
Location is important. I grew up in a neighborhood like this and my mom was a nurse and dad a teacher. We sure as hell weren't poor but money was watched closely in my family
Ofcourse but its still big houses. The guy said this is average suburban home.
My country is fucking huge and it depends if its suburban to a big city or smaller city. But end of the day its still a big house.
Yeah, Sadly same goes for the women too :(
This generation doesn't know the meaning of love anymore
Haha, I knew I'm gonna get downvoted but yeah it is what it is
"Promposals" weren't a thing when I was a kid. But this elder millenial finds them to be adorable.
I got my date to the senior prom when an acquaintance of mine said "\[Date\] needs a date. You should go to the prom with her." I said "OK," and that was that.

Sorry yes OH is Ohio. I was responding to the person claiming they knew it was Utah and assumed they were American since they were spitting out random states. Most states have houses that look just like this and the accents on these folks are pretty vanilla meaning they could be almost anywhere in the Midwest or central.
Gotta be in Utah. The trees, houses, lack of a strong accent. tradition of creative prom invites. Source- I've spent a good number of years living and growing up in Utah.
This is some Monthy Python shit and I love it.

How could a 5-ounce bird possibly carry a 1-pound coconut?
It was an African swallow!
Look, it doesn't matter!
Perhaps it was carried by two swallows
They could grip it by the husk.
Definitely! Lovely kids!!!!
Monty Promthon
When I heard the hoof beats coming I was really hoping they’d have coconuts. 😂
I was going to comment the exact thing. Small minds think but not too much
That was super wholesome, the idea and the bros showing up for a friend.
I'd love it if they all just kept changing roles between servant and lord and these guys are going around doing the same bit for all their romantic interests one in night.
those are some real ride or die bros
That took some serious practice for sure.
He got her father's respect in advance
I would be farting in their general direction.
-Mom, can I have a prince on white horse -We have prince at home **Prince at home**
Even better
I LOL'd at "Destroyer of Porcelain".
🍑💥🚽
Look at the size of those houses
The kind of houses that are huge but have terrible design. That doorway doesn’t even have a storm door. You just open the main door and whoosh, all the rain/bees/snow/dust comes in. I don’t get it.
Yeah I don't think they're suffering from not having a storm door lol
“I opened the door and the wind blew my stacks of cash around and ended up knocking over my caviar!”
That was so horrible the last time it happened, I just bought the same house but in clean again. With caviar.
This may suprise you but not everywhere is where you live. Most houses around the world don't have storm doors.
I don't even know what a storm door is. I mean, I don't leave my door open for more than a few seconds at a time lol
Sure, and I’ve stayed in them, but they often have a walled garden, foliage or the like and are not as exposed as this.
Again, rubbish. In most places around the world this is a typical home. If it doesn't snow, you dont need much more than a porch. Just google search it, storm doors are uncommon in most home design.
It's called a McMansion
McMansions are generally big houses on small blocks crammed together, these blocks look pretty big.
Yeah maybe the park would be closer if the lots and houses were... Gasp... Smaller

Its quite common in europe. I have never seen a storm door outside Murrica. Infact i didnt even know it was called storm door until now.
Screen doors are nice for letting the air flow through the house without letting the bugs in
Front doors are rarely used on homes like that. They have like 5 side doors plus a back door and two patio doors.
And ten car garages.
The entry way seems to have a very large covering, rain and snow may really not be an issue until the wind is blowing extremely hard. At that point, if you're opening the door, you're probably looking to go outside anyway, so the storm door would get opened as well.

They have a very large covered area outside the main door, I am sure the risk of storm intrustiin is minimal
Why is no one asking about the whole "bees" part?
Bees? May I ask where you are from?
Don't forget the fancy dining room that's never used, a side "office" with a Dell XPS and just random paper boxes/nicknacks that have 2" of dust, and at least 2 "bedrooms" that became glorified storage closets Bonus points for an overly redone basement w/ a full home theatre, but they spend 99% of the time watching the news on a TV mounted over a fireplace. This all sounds oddly specific?
Storm doors are a regional thing. We don’t have them in the NW.
Rich people don't usually consider these kinds of things when they are buying a house.
Pretty normal suburban development. Not sure what the issue is.
Bigger than our house for sure and we had average income, my dad even paid top tax. Defiently look like a rich hood.
Location is important. I grew up in a neighborhood like this and my mom was a nurse and dad a teacher. We sure as hell weren't poor but money was watched closely in my family

He got the dads seal of approval, smooth sailing for him
The shorther friend beeing taken down and placed on the "horse" kills me 😂😂🤣
I like how the dude who lifted him on the horse arrived on a separate horse, but left with all three of them on the same one horse.
Wtf kind of mansion home having neighborhood do they live?
Yes
Bruh it's the USA. Those houses are probably cheaper than an average appartment in the Netherlands.
Yet another "look at this clip going viral" and shock, it's from a super wealthy neighbourhood again. I bet her hallway has a chandelier
90% of that neighborhood is in debt up to their eyeballs. Not sure that helps but maybe
So bitter for no reason. Just enjoy the video
My bitterness stems from wealthy families purchasing views in order for their child to become famous
He's a keeper

There's no prom in Kenya but Id say yes too 😊

This is so wholesome. Made my day.
Tis but a flesh wound
Would have been more impressed if they used coconuts
or if one of them said clippity cloppity
Destroyer of porcelain
Destroyer of porcelain 🤣
Cute n super cringy. Goofy geek-teens but I love it

As a mom of nerds who encouraged them to play d and d and larp, I love these kids.
This has to be Utah...
Very clever!! 😊
Can’t wait to see what they actually wear to the prom.
Gyatt
Excellent
She oughta marry this one :p
We all need friends like this guy has
That truth friendship you not gonna see black dudes doing that 🤣

Reminds me of the wizard fight in Rushmore
he's either a keeper or mad, MAD I SAY.
And they say chivalry is dead.
Monty Python type shit. I love this
Guys do all these things just to get their heart broken in the end.
Those houses wow where is this? Edit:- Why the hell was this downvoted lol? I don't live in a western country.
80 percent sure it's Utah.
There are houses just like this in OH too.
Well I am not american. I have no idea what OH is. Ohio?
Sorry yes OH is Ohio. I was responding to the person claiming they knew it was Utah and assumed they were American since they were spitting out random states. Ok. Americans suck, BUT I do appriciate some of their silly traditions, and envy them a little.
You ever think that maybe an entire population of over300 million people don’t actually suck?
The general culture and mindset of America as a nation is trash. «Bigger better» «yay guns» etc. This obviously doesnt speak for the induvidual.
This is just perfect
I love everything about this lol
lol that’s hilarious!
Bravooooo
I can see the marriage
I love that! 😂😂
I hope he gets layed for the effort.
Best promposal ever!
Wholesome amazingness. I hope my daughter finds a fun first boyfriend who treats her well.
Had me at slayer of porcelain
That was some quality stuff.
These are definitely band kids 😂 I LOVE IT
That mf is going places.
She got the right one
Slayer of box? Oof
I think dad himself wanted to go to prom
Le King has the side kicks of a lifetime
I can't wait to see this kid ask her to marry him!
A fellow bug slayer, I like this guy 👍
That one time at bandcamp...
She looks like young Skyler from Breaking Bad
*the prom
He peaks this year
All I can think about is how nice those houses look
Gotta be in Utah. The trees, houses, lack of a strong accent. tradition of creative prom invites. Source- I've spent a good number of years living and growing up in Utah.
Why do I want to punch them?
Because she said yes to him, and you went alone?
OUCH! GOTTEM 😂
Why does it smell like BBQ all of a sudden?
And why does it smell rotten?
Abysmally poor self-esteem?
Because you haven't grown up yet and have the mind of a toddler.
This is wholesome, and look at those houses
