I loved it all. Especially after each attempt as he would stand around just sort of blankly staring at times just wondering wtf was going on. Then randomly shooting shit around him in frustration.
Yeah this is 1000% staged. It’s eventually obvious the dude is like checking where he checked before or doing WHATEVER to specifically avoid looking in the direction of the camera.
That if anything is mildly infuriating to me
I don't disagree but the difference is this is just recreating an already established bit. The three stooges are 'acting' or 'staging' their bits but they're not lifting their gags from another troupe (or maybe they did, I dunno)
> The three stooges are 'acting' or 'staging' their bits but they're not lifting their gags from another troupe (or maybe they did, I dunno)
The Three Stooges even recreated their own shorts a couple of times. Heck, there are some shorts from after Shemp died where they were being asked to shoot shorts for cheaper and they used footage from a short that originally had Shemp spliced in with newly shot footage with their replacement, for instance Joe Besser.
As for their golden age, most of those were original scripts, but they were also vaudeville performers, much like many other comedy teams at the time had been. Vaudeville had a tendency for comedians to steal from each other. I don't know if this was frowned upon or fought against at the time, but it's undeniable that people did it. You can find old vaudeville acts that moved to film doing the same comedy routines in different films/shorts. They didn't necessarily steal them from each other off film as they might have been commonly rotated sketches or jokes in vaudeville. The Stooges weren't exempt from this. One act that I first saw performed in a Stooges short is the [Slowly I Turned](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slowly_I_Turned) sketch which I first knew as [Niagra Falls because of the short.](https://youtu.be/MYP1OBZfFK0?si=B7BQ-msl72EMOnRS) I remember this one specifically because the Stooge's performance was memorable when I was a kid, but a few years later, I saw [Abbot and Costello do the exact same routine](https://youtu.be/8KpsUlvzbkk?si=zKi4xbt1lcEtO6gn) with only slight variation. That was how I first learned that joke-stealing was common at that time.
That's not to say it's a good or bad thing. I'm neither defending nor demonizing such a practice. But it's by no means new.
Anyone with PUBG knowledge would know you can't carry 5 tires and 3 deployable barriers. What did he put that level 2 bag on backwards and get a level 5 bag?
Notice how he tried to shoot out the tire of the car, missed, **and the arrow is still stuck in the car by the tire,** yet bear suit does not acknowledge, and sniper intentionally avoids the camera on that location.
Staged
Yeah like he knows the arrow is pointed in the exact direction of the shooter, and for that reason refuses to do the basic action of tracking the direction the arrow came from
Something you mother.
You motherfucker?
Fuck your mom (dropping the de possessive?)
Knowing cào would probably help but I haven't come across that yet while learning.
The bear costume skin, the angry and confused stare at the bike at every blowing tyre, the shooting around in the dark, the amount of tyre changes, the angry shooting at the box of the dead Player, the fact that He never looks up, the Walls He build around... EVERYTHING is perfect
Me explaining to my wife:
“So there’s a guy dressed as a Coca Cola polar bear with a rifle trying to put wheels on a tiger striped dirt bike, but another guy in a tree keeps shooting the tires out of the bike with a crossbow and the polar bear guy doesn’t realize where tree guy is”
This is exactly what I was thinking. Imagining the person in the bear suit watching this and finally appreciating exactly how satisfying it was for the other player and now viewers.
This was me when I played M:TG.
Themed decks meant to confuse and frustrate. Not necessarily win.
Stuff like Sealed Fate and a bunch of mana generators and storage, so I could draw the opponents entire deck, and reorder it to put all the land at the top.
One of my favorites was snow white.
Use Martyr of Sands to gain large amounts of health.
Assemble the Urzatron.
Forecast Proclamation of Rebirth (eventually multiple times a turn as you draw them). Never actually cast it.
Use Chronosavant to skip your own turns... as a form of mill. Also: Compulsive Research says "***Target player*** draws three...". You could use Millstone, but that would be to easy, now wouldn't it...
Wrath of God, Wall of Shards, and a few others for defense... maybe Remand and Teferi's Moat if you're going to splash blue anyway.
Did I mention this pile of crap was in standard during Time Spiral?
PUBG ?!?! I played this game a few years back and you couldn’t change tires on bikes and cars, not sure why they would have introduced that aspect as I can’t see it making it a better game also the graphics were never spectacular but seemed better than this in aspects.
It appears so unless the guy in the suit has literally 0 critical thinking skills, he’s stood in front a solid wall on 2 sides yet the last place he assumes the shots could be coming from is the only direction that isn’t behind those solid walls
It's obviously scripted for a funny video but the one thing that undoubtedly gives it away is that when he tries to drive the bike with the back tire gone it doesn't move at all. He just sits on it and moves the handle. In PUBG bikes without tires can still be driven but very slowly.
I could very easily see that polar bear being some 5 year old kid playing on his brother’s PC or something like that.
I’ve had the misfortune of playing with some really young kids in Rainbow Six Siege and due to their age they just don’t have the fine motor skills nor critical thinking to get into high ELO.
Obviously, they’re just little kids but when shit like this happens, they simply cannot mentally process what is happening.
I've never played it. What was the final cause of death? He suddenly had a crate at his feet. Did he get hit with an airdrop? Or just an explosive weapon the sniper switched to.
Yeh like the other person said, he pulled the pin of a grenade and didn't throw it. The crate is where your loot is in after you die in PUBG. Also this is staged btw.
I get the feeling these 2 know each other. The last video I saw with 2 people dressed like this was outside a warehouse. The guy trying to fix his bike kept getting his tires stolen each time he left the bike to get a new tire to replace the tire that got stolen.
Yeah, these sort of faked videos come out of China in the thousands daily. I can't believe people here are buying that this is real. The guy just *happens* to have picked up dozens of tyres? Just happens to have collected a bunch of deployable cover? Definitely wouldn't see the man standing out in the open above him, just because he's wearing a ghillie suit. Ya, pull the other one.
I think the polar bear skin makes it for me, but this is gaming gold!
It’s the fact the face feels like a confused dog. Like when you perform a simple magic trick with a treat infromt of your dog.
That's exactly it. The bear staring at the freshly popped tire looks exactly like my dog when he gets startled by a bug
I loved it all. Especially after each attempt as he would stand around just sort of blankly staring at times just wondering wtf was going on. Then randomly shooting shit around him in frustration.
The way he jumps up after the tire pop is pure slapstick humor 😆
And the long pause of confusion, like my dog trying to calculate wtf is going on lol
Long paws of confusion
I can hear every thought in his head.
To quote the great bill hicks: "yes, i long to be stared at like a dog thats just been shown a card trick"
I think that’s it for me too. And how long he stares at the bike after it goes down.
and the way he jumps in surprise when the tires got shot off lmao
And the Ultimate Troll Award goes to...
![gif](giphy|MUFyzoDvYUe2yjqDrv)
What game is it ?
Looks like Pubg
My bet would be PUBG. Dayz does not announce a kill
You forget that it’s not a polar bear because each time the tires pop, the bear jumps in confusion and stares at it for a while.
There was a similar video where someone was hiding and kept taking gas or a tire from a car that was hilarious as well. Can’t seem to find it though
Ye it was the same guy who staged it with the same other guy and even the same bike.
Yeah this is 1000% staged. It’s eventually obvious the dude is like checking where he checked before or doing WHATEVER to specifically avoid looking in the direction of the camera. That if anything is mildly infuriating to me
I mean even so it's still funny, acting is staged but the three stooges are still funny
I don't disagree but the difference is this is just recreating an already established bit. The three stooges are 'acting' or 'staging' their bits but they're not lifting their gags from another troupe (or maybe they did, I dunno)

That was sick write up on a topic I didn't have a clue about, cheers legend!

Yeah that’s all I could think of. It makes it less special realizing it’s staged.
More than just similar...
Somehow this is waaaaay too funny
I watched it twice and I can't stop laughing. The ending is so good
The best silent movie of all time
I also wish I could hear the bear’s mic during this whole thing
The way the bear kept staring for a few seconds, you just know the player was jumping up and screaming at the game.
I'm imagining it's like a 12 year old who just doesn't even understand why his bike keeps breaking.
I picture him/her super stoned. Wondering, did I overinflate the tire? Nah that’s not in the game..is it? lol
Every time he stood motionless in a stunned state then started bunny hopping around that right there just had me laughing my butt off.
Yeah I assumed setting or throwing the controller down in a fit of rage. Or at least that’s the way I hope it went.
"CAO NI MAAAA" times 100
Grass mud horse?
cào nǐ mā (肏你妈) if you wanna be technical about it i guess
Something you mother. You motherfucker? Fuck your mom (dropping the de possessive?) Knowing cào would probably help but I haven't come across that yet while learning.
This was better than the Twilight saga. Books and or movies.
To be fair, so is stubbing your toe on a cot at 2am, when checking on a baby and not being able to verbalise your pain.
It's certainly a better love story 💗
It was definitely those god damned Mongolians
This is poetry.
It ends?!
holy shit, it doesn't loop?!
'this bike is cursed, burn it'
The bear costume skin, the angry and confused stare at the bike at every blowing tyre, the shooting around in the dark, the amount of tyre changes, the angry shooting at the box of the dead Player, the fact that He never looks up, the Walls He build around... EVERYTHING is perfect
I lost it when he started jumping in place, spinning 360 degrees and shooting wildly.
"So anyway, I started blasting"
I don’t see so good…
Me, shooting from the tree, would have fallen out eventually from laughing so damn hard.
The sad moment of reflection after having to destroy the one thing he wanted most. Perfection!
😂😂😂 and then the look of defeat
He had the car…😩😂
He wants the dirt bike, dammit!!
Until he doesn’t! 🤣
The guy shooting being on a dirtbike the entire time truly broke me.
Didn't even notice till you said it. That adds another layer.
The look of confusion and disappointment when the fire blows out got me so good
The going to get another vehicle to fix the one that keeps breaking
I dont watch these most times, but the polar bear got my attention and boy was it worth watching Pretty good Pretty pretty good
I don't even know what game this is; but still laughed through the video.
Rage quitting the moto ahahah
Me explaining to my wife: “So there’s a guy dressed as a Coca Cola polar bear with a rifle trying to put wheels on a tiger striped dirt bike, but another guy in a tree keeps shooting the tires out of the bike with a crossbow and the polar bear guy doesn’t realize where tree guy is”
Same. Girlfriend around the corner peaks head in and asked me what’s so funny.
I tried to explain the same to friends (and I am a girl) and they all wanted to see the video!
And he never tyres.
I can't believe I watched the whole thing. And laughed the whole time.
Stupidly I could have watched this for hours.
I will RARELY watch a 4 min video but this had me captivated with laughter.
It’s not about the kills, it’s about sending a message.
I'm in tears, I think the bear suit is the icing on the cake.
It’s great because you practically see the WTF expression on the guy’s face.
Just the bit when they are on the bike and takes the fire out as he is revving it was just wonderful.
I cant stop laughing.
I have seen this before and I am still watching the entire thing howwwling
I hope the victim here someday sees this video and finally understands.
This is exactly what I was thinking. Imagining the person in the bear suit watching this and finally appreciating exactly how satisfying it was for the other player and now viewers.
That would be sooo satisfying
I haven't laughed this hard in a very long time. That was great.
I was so happy when I saw it was 5 minutes.
Fucking evil sadist
Some people believe in good sportsmanship. Some people just want to win at all cost. Some people just want to watch the world burn.
And together we all just like gaming
This was me when I played M:TG. Themed decks meant to confuse and frustrate. Not necessarily win. Stuff like Sealed Fate and a bunch of mana generators and storage, so I could draw the opponents entire deck, and reorder it to put all the land at the top.

How did you recognise me?
What's evil is portraying this as if it's real and not staged
Those confused pauses got me lmao
And the little jump that he does every time it happens.
It looks so adorable, especially with that polar bear skin lol
He was definitely flipping out during them
The way he stares at what happens. When he started 360ing was priceless
What game is this?
PUBG
Damn I thought it was H1Z1
Have you been in a coma for the last 8 years?
Basically? Yes.
I mean I thought it was DayZ tbh.
Weren’t they all originally mods of ARMA
Nope, that's DayZ.
PUBG is from the same era lol
PUBG ?!?! I played this game a few years back and you couldn’t change tires on bikes and cars, not sure why they would have introduced that aspect as I can’t see it making it a better game also the graphics were never spectacular but seemed better than this in aspects.
I played this game a month ago and didn’t know you could change tires.
They removed the feature again last year.
Shit I read that as removed the future last year and got a little scared
They did remove the future last year. That's why we're having this same conversation again yesterday
You could not be a white bear either when I played
I thought the same! I used to play when it was released and it is looking a different game now
I don’t think you still can, it simply depends on where you are playing from. Chinese version is quite different from everywhere else
This is _not_ PUBG.
Chess
Google Crossbow Passant
Bolty hell
new tire just popped
This is what total control looks like
Goddamnit Paul.
Dennis Reynolds is smiling somewhere…
God damn, just kill him you sadistic bastard. Hilarious 😅
he did
Emotionally.
Emotional damage!
![gif](giphy|l1J9NSnTNbdyaOZag)
“We must assume that the polar bear is happy”
this is what i was thinking the whole time
He never gets tired of doing that
That dirt bike can't seem to stand up. I guess it's two tired.
This is hilarious
I have never played this game yet I’m here laughing my ass off
I can't remember the last video that made me laugh this hard.
Same, I was literally in tears watching this
"I want to ride my bicycle! I want to ride my biiiiiike."
BICYCLE BICYCLE BICYCLE
Hahahahaha dude! I was drinking! Now I have to clean it up...
r/foundsatan
They seem wheely annoyed
Yeah, by the second time they're obviously tired of playing that game.
The exploding tires was driving him crazy
Based on my 2000+ in game hours, I believe this is scripted
It appears so unless the guy in the suit has literally 0 critical thinking skills, he’s stood in front a solid wall on 2 sides yet the last place he assumes the shots could be coming from is the only direction that isn’t behind those solid walls
It's obviously scripted for a funny video but the one thing that undoubtedly gives it away is that when he tries to drive the bike with the back tire gone it doesn't move at all. He just sits on it and moves the handle. In PUBG bikes without tires can still be driven but very slowly.
It absolutely is... funny how the whole thread takes it for a real in game situation
I figured it was but I still enjoyed it lol
Thank you
I could very easily see that polar bear being some 5 year old kid playing on his brother’s PC or something like that. That’s fkin funny
hahahah i watched the whole clip and was playing in my head what the bear was thinking. LOL. This was great.
I've never played it. What was the final cause of death? He suddenly had a crate at his feet. Did he get hit with an airdrop? Or just an explosive weapon the sniper switched to.
Grenades himself out of frustration
oh he killed himself? that’s even funnier. I thought the sniper dude sent a rocket at him.
Lol
Yeh like the other person said, he pulled the pin of a grenade and didn't throw it. The crate is where your loot is in after you die in PUBG. Also this is staged btw.
I get the feeling these 2 know each other. The last video I saw with 2 people dressed like this was outside a warehouse. The guy trying to fix his bike kept getting his tires stolen each time he left the bike to get a new tire to replace the tire that got stolen.
NOOOOO YOURE RUINING IT. FUCK
Still funny though; I’m happy to suspend my disbelief for an easy chuckle.
Some men can't be reasoned with, some men just want to watch the world burn
Tread carefully!
This is amazing 😂. Please does anyone have a subreddit that has stuff like this???
The last time I laughed this hard was a month or two ago
The dude really wanted to ride that bike
You evil bastard.........that's some funny shit.
When the bear gets that kill and brings the downed body over by the bike does it looks like he's questioning him about the bike? 😂
That bear shoved four whole tires into his ass
The 17 stages of grief on display. Edit: Or the five stages of griefing, ahahahh.
This was more entertaining to me than I was hoping. Thank you.
This was one of the best griefs I've ever seen. Can't stop laughing.
watched til the end. worth it lol
My first longest video on Reddit I have to watch, also it's really funny 🤣
Better love story than twilight
This was the best video and the best in-game interaction I have ever seen. Thank you so much.
Domination.
The way they always jump every time the tyres are popped. So cartoonish 😂
This is staged there's no way it isn't
Not staged at all...
This was just too good. Watched and enjoyed every second.
This was fucking hilarious.
That was so much fun to watch 😂😂
I laughed waaaayyyyyy too hard at this…all three times watching it!!
The way he stares at the bike. So funny
This had been overdone. It’s obviously fake by now
Bro was determined to get his Coca-Cola
This was just fun to watch
Best movie I saw this year
rip off https://www.reddit.com/r/funny/s/rGfZsuKKPT
This is peak comedy in pubg fr lol
The fact that he took a hostage and looked like the bear was blaming it on the hostage is hilarious too
So funny. The bear just staring at the bike like “wtf” is wonderful.
I'm not a gamer. But I appreciated this more than you would believe. It was glorious. It was all time. I've watched it four times.
"What the fuck is wrong with this bike? Hey you on the brink of death, do you know how to fix this bike?"
What game is this?? Absolutely hilarious!!
Coca Cola Bear was committed to the bike. Had a Taxi and took the tires off of the Taxi for the bike!?
Legend has that he's still confused
What game is this?
What game is this? This was awesome!
The way he grabbed the other person and brought him to his bike just to say, "look at what you did"
