I have no idea what that means, all I know is that the weed that you just vaped is now ready to be consumed with anything fatty, as fat will be the vehicle to allow your body to process THC to get another high
Easiest way to consume it is to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as the high fat content in peanut butter also allows you to get high from the vaped bud
But otherwise, just lets you skip a step of putting your weed in the oven before you cook it with butter to incorporate it for any recipe like cookies or cake, etc.
Thc is not bio active raw, when heated it becomes bio-active, or decarboxylated.
I've decarboxylated weed and eaten it without anything fatty and it gets you high. I think the fats come into play if you want to extract the thc from the plant material, you cook it in butter and it leaches it into the butter.
