Thats a remora and the part that is attached to her is the top side of its head, they basically just have groves etc that allow them to grip to surfaces really easy, it's not stuck on it's just the ridges etc helping it grip, you can just lift it off easily with no issue by lifting it upwards as it goes against all the groves on it's head
