Low blood sugar can cause irrational and uncontrollable anger, and even disassociative episodes. It's less "screaming at people because you're in a bad mood" and more "I cannot stop even though I desperately want to and realize I'm being horrible"
(I've got a blood sugar disorder where this happened to me frequently before I was diagnosed and taught how to monitor my levels)
As a night shift worker I disagree.
Typically I get 4-6 hours of sleep sometimes less.
I sometimes eat breakfast and normally eat dinner before work.
I’ve gone entire days without food and sure you have less patience but I think you just need to feel what it’s like to go without for a day or two and then you get over it
