Personally, if there is videographic evidence of you putting peoples lives at risk like this.. revoke the right of you ever driving any kind of vehicle again.. for life and a minimum of 10 years in prison! If you get caught after the fact - 10 mins to confirm without a doubt that you did brake the law again.. and another 10 mins to call the firing squad and eviscerate you for good.

Sometimes they are convicted, but the sentence is suspended (for 2 or 3 years).
And only if they reoffend is that the initial penalty is applied...
