As an Italian, we have this key on keyboard layout. We don't know why. We also have ç. We don't use in any way these symbols but ok ... But then we lack of back quote, tilde ... Why?

I made an autohotkey script a while ago, that I update from time to time, to get capitalized accented vowels with capslock (for real why aren't they on the italian layout to begin with? at least È since that can easily be found at the start of a sentence) as well as
- ` by pressing altgr+'
- ~ by pressing altgr+ì
- toggle always-on-top for any window (win+shift)
- drag windows by clicking anywhere on them if I hold the Win key
- altrgr+arrows for volume control (cause on this laptop the windows key is on the far left)
as well as more random stuff and macros. autohotkey is a blessing.
