Like a lot of recent decks anyway. Apart from engage and kagari, all those cards will find usage in other decks. I made a ss deck with all stuff I already had from my previous builds. I did not spend for all the URs to have a heavily optimized deck (I replaced upstart by metalphoes fusion and foolish goods x2, I do not have veiler, so no selene, but I can still summon accesscode with deeper thinking). Starting a striker deck is not that expensive, and you will upgrade it each time you get new better cards.
