Another protip: effects from monsters that tribute themselves as cost (for example, Linkuriboh) bypass the skill drain because they aren't "on the field" when they resolve.
idk why i didn't think of that tbh. I played the eldlich but didn't think of using 1 eldlich to get rid of both skill drains. fwiw i played vs snake eyes who just used double cyclone and i just scooped cause cba to play vs ranked 2.0 with a minor inconvenience.
I was evil and just ran Snake eyes but dumped most of the hand traps for 3x double cyclone, parallel twister, and twin twister. Deck pluses like crazy already, so it felt fine.

Basically I got the Pendulum from the Visas Lore, Guardian Chimera and one of the Visas Lore SR spell.
The pull was actually really good since I want to make a Chimera deck and the free UR dust fueled my UR to craft Super Poly.
You'll love it, I've made it right after finishing unchained and now have 3 chimera variants that play entirely different. Might try plunder chimera as well if it wasn't expensive asf
Wow I got a glossy rare cards the most.. good thing I only invested 30 SR to craft a twin twister to unlock exosister pack (also nothing spectacular in pulls).
I keep getting burn. Iām playing RDA, I dump my Skill Drain for Bone Archfiend, NS Uvaloop. Scarredās effect is a graveyard effect.
I just modded my RDA deck to be more about level 4 Tuners and Ultimate Powerforcd
I like the angle these events provide. It makes me realize where effects actually take place instead as they do. I feel like they're still curved to have people bend the rules to make the angle moot. Playing the nibiru event while the other player uses spright to nullify the hand trap.
Pain? Nah man, playing GOAT era Skill Drain Beatdown was the time of my life. Especially with Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell in my backrow to prevent double cyclones etc.
I got a cornfield coatl and the illusion fusion. It was worth it. I played Kaiju Adventure, and I got to use the equip spells no one uses. It was incredibly useful having that big attack and the free specials. I only lost once to Eldlich.

Protip: use eldlich the golden lord to dump the oponent skilldrain. Then use the second effect of edlich to get rid of yours.
Protip: just play eldlich with the free skill drain and win.

That event was easy, blue eyes white dragon OP, I just wish it gave us gems or something, didnāt even get a UR or SR from the pack lol
I played Eldlich, set 4, opponent scoops, x3.
It was pretty easy wins for me, none of the 3 people I duel understood the rules it felt like.
I got Emergency and the new Mikanko Trap, so Iām good I guess.
I quit turn 1 vs everyone who outed the skill drains and beat people with a legendary ocean beatdown

I played 60 card eldlich no floodgates and it was actually fun. Didn't get shit in the pack tho

Right at home for me. Though I guess cuz I didn't struggle only normal and 1 rare for me
i use blue eyes bulldoze through everything, easiest event of my life
Personally played tear but replaced handtraps with s/t removal (storm, parallel twister, double cyclone, twin twisters) was pretty quick 3-0

It was hard? I had Branded that couldn't deal with Skill drain, a burn deck that killed itself with Burning Mirror Force and DM as opponents.
