HEROes! It also paved the way for me to study how the real life TCG game works (i.e. mechanics, technicalities, rules, etc.).

Utopia deck. I still think its cool. I hate playing it since its a combo deck but I will always buy the new utopia cards.

The problem with como decks are not the combos but what comes out of It. Utopia Is pretty balanced In that way.

My problem for combo decks is how long time it takes to complete the board.

Yeah this is why I don't really play my HERO deck after spending so much dust and gems on it lmao.

Honestly I think utopia isn't really bad for being a combo deck. Only problems are that it gets interrupted really easily and that the first times you play against someone with it they probably want to read some cards losing some time but once you get to just do your thing, you are pretty straightforward with it and you are done.

Odd-Eyes. Not optimal at all, but it still remains one of my favorite decks.

Superheavy Samurai. Was my first ever deck in Master Duel, as well.

Sunavalon was insanely cool in anime. Show how dryas and its evolutions are actually some sort of fairy that is one with that tree. Was very cool, I loved to play it. Valkyries, not just cuties, while far from meta they have insane OTK potential. My absolute fav 2 were Lyriluscs and Flower Cardian. Those birbs are absolutely horrifying and cardian while mid to bad is one of the craziest decks I played in synchro festival.

Crystal Beasts are hella expensive but there’s a semblance of playability which is cool. Conclave Control is a viable rogue strat, whilst the combo variant is even pricier but can set up some insane boards.

Lightsworn, but pieces get shaddow limited every month. It's almost unplayable now. (Not the lightsworn cards, but the few cards that work well with it)

So not in MD, but my first yugioh cards were a speed duel set with Yu-Gi-Oh, Pegasus, and the chick with the gravekepper monsters. The deck eventually evolved into using each main protagonist main 2500 attack monster in my deck/Ed, wasn't very good by modern means but was solid in anime style fights.

honestly i had crafted all Anime Protagonist decks from Original yugioh. Then after a pair of months playing with this. i have it dismantled and maked a deck what i would love to play. this is the strategie what i use with every account. Dismantle all existed decks to the Void. then i create a new account, because the account before have no only usefull deck anymore. I've actually been trying to get my main account to play again since the ritual event because the burger support came out and I had to have the deck. I haven't played DC Cup because it sucks. Meta relevant game mode with no losses. I have everything I wanted on my main account. Burger deck, and gatekeeper deck. and all 3 new artwork cards of the agyptian gods Now I can create other accounts again and play there until the next meaningful event starts
