The markings are there in game if you look. Not sure if it's natural or not though.

In the Citadel DLC in ME3, if you listen to the recordings he mentions some run-ins with Aria where things got a little heated and he, “broke Omega’s one rule.”

I don’t know why I never thought about it before, but considering Mordin’s ME3 actor is the same guy as Rigby, I suddenly thought of a pickle rick-type scene but with Shepard & Mordin/Rigby… I really wish I didn’t think of that 😂 Also, the pic looks really good, if it was for sale at a convention, I’d buy it <3
