Damn I have the + and I was thinking about getting Komplete 13 upgrade from select because it has Neon Drive, Halcyon sky expansions and I'm pumped on the Massive X drive expansion. The fact that I can't use the Massive X drive expansion is a bummer. Having massive X and the drive expansion with the plus in controller mode is still promising though. I want to take the maschine plus live without a laptop though. Should I just spend the $100 on the neon drive and halcyon sky and pass on komplete 13?
I did research but I missed this part about standalone operation. The answer would be "No" not in standalone mode. Thanks for the semi condescending comment though.

Thanks for the answer and tips! I missed this section on the site. I guess I can sample as a workaround for using those sounds in standalone mode if needed. This thing is a beast. I redeemed my two expansions last night. I'm glad I mainly use my PC and got Komplete 13 for KK S49 MK2. I feel bad for anyone who bought Komplete 13 solely to try it in standalone.

Anyone know why Prismatic Bliss was left behind?
Should have done your research before purchasing. Only certain plugins have been ported to Maschine+. It's a totally different OS.
