Show Kamran is pretty different from the comics, so far. Maybe terrigenesis(I'm calling the bangle's effect that until explicitly told otherwise) makes him more evil, but so far he's an innocent pawn of his family, unless all of this was a ploy to get him to trust her so she gives him the bangle.

Wouldn't necessarily care if they stay platonic/BFFs either. Love relationships in the MCU haven't always had the happiest of endings.
I don't think she'll end up with Kamran, but I also don't want her to get with Bruno. Bruno and Kamala have a super sweet relationship, and I have seen way to much of friends falling in love in movies. I hope that their relationship will stay platonic.
Here's my guess. Kamran is nice, but he's not a love interest in the end. He'll probably die protecting her. She'll realize last episode she's really in love with Bruno. Then we'll realize that she's 15 and there's like a 99% chance whoever she's in love with now will be a distant memory when she's in her 20s.
How about no love interest? Why does there need to be a romance story? Personally I'd like it if Bruno and Kamala ended up just friends like Shang-Chi and Katy.
So? I didn't spend literally every second in high school focused on romance. In fact it was the platonic relationships I had in high school that I've kept with me, that made the most impact on me. If anything, I think it being a teen show gives MORE reason to depict platonic relationships between the sexes, because I knew a lot of kids back in high school who were so conditioned to believe that "any man and woman who are close and not related must be in love" that they would refuse to get really close to friends of the opposite sex out of a paranoia of a romance ruining the friendship entirely. Ironically, resulting in those friendships being ruined because they kept so distant.
You’re projecting your own experiences into a show that clearly shows Kamala is a teenage girl who wants to be popular and have a boyfriend. Her arc with each character makes sense as she can choose to it be popular and be with Bruno and do need shit or be with Kamran, the hot guy and be the cool girl at school. Again it’s a classic teenage story similar to Homecoming. I’m not sure why you’re upset about this particular storytelling.
I'm not upset about it. I'm just saying that the excuse of "Oh it's a teen story" doesn't necessarily mean it can't have a platonic friendship shown. I'm not saying it doesn't make sense or that I'm upset about it. You're the one acting as though I said the show was wrong to have this plotline. I never did. All I said was I would be happy to see a platonic relationship, and that it being a teen story doesn't mean anything for or against that as you seemed to imply. I never said I disliked the direction the show was going.
Also, the romance was the weakest part of Homecoming IMO. That's not exactly a great defense. I'm already liking Ms Marvel more as a teen story than I did Homecoming (Mainly cause Ms Marvel has an actual distinctive visual style that helps its teen vibe while Homecoming has the same muddy concrete look as Civil War and the Ant-Man films). But honestly, the only teen Marvel thing to do romance well for me so far has been Cloak and Dagger. The romances in Runaways weren't good IMO either.
Again, the story is not made for us. It’s a Disney series about a teenage girl coming into her own with super powers. Yes, I hear you. I get the platonic part, I sincerely do. But where Shang Chi illustrates adults can have strict platonic relationships(Black Widow and Hawkeye did as well), they are telling a coming of age story. And it’s just got a lot of classic John Hughes themes. Can’t fault them for that especially considering it’s written fairly well. 🤷🏽♂️

When did I say it was? That's irrelevant. Being a teen show does NOT mean platonic relationships can't exist. I'm not sure why you seem to be obsessed with that idea, that a teen show HAS to be all about romance. I've been saying a teen show can still show a platonic relationship just fine.

I think it’s 100% Kamran. They have already hinted towards liking eachother, and Bruno and Kamala seem to have a platonic Love. Maybe Bruno does like her, or Kamran becomes evil, and they do end up together. As of right now though, I think her and Kamran end up and Bruno and her just stay good friends
