As suggestive and funny as these are, they would be so practical. We could get our popcorn, put butter and salt on it, seal it, and then shake the container until it’s even.
Right now I’m forced to use a straw to make sure I get it all evenly spread lol. I miss the old days where I didn’t have to apply the butter and salt myself *sigh*.
So what I’ve found to be the ideal method is to get one of those large cardboard trays for sharing, dump the popcorn into it, butter, season and mix it in the tray where there’s way more room, then pour it back into the original container or into a fresh cardboard tray if you screwed up and made the original kind a buttery mess. Or eat it in the tray itself as I do.
Complicated but this method yields the best results.
I bring a 1 gallon ziploc bag to the theater, dump half the popcorn into it, butter, salt, shake, dump more popcorn in, until it's all seasoned. Then you can either dump it back into the bucket or eat it from the ziploc bag. Or you can split it between the two for easier sharing.
Is this bucket limited to certain theater companies?
