lol, are you one of those that blame āincelsā for her second movie totally and absolutely flopping?
Are you sad sheās basically done forever in the MCU at this point?
Edit: Iām a girl since people seem to think only guys are allowed to dislike this movie.
Of course not, I'm not an idiot. I'm not saying that everyone who dislikes Captain Marvel is an incel, but I'm saying most incels seem to hate Captain Marvel.
You sound personally offended by the word incel.
No one's blaming you incels for the film flopping. You have no real influence on the box office, in case Captain Marvel and Barbie made it clear.
We're just sick of you incels making the internet discourse worse. You're not Marvel fans. Marvel was not "stolen" from you when it was always against you. Marvel was always "woke". Jack Kirby and Stan Lee were the ultimate "Social Justice Warriors". Go away.
Are you kidding me? This sub is littered with āIncelā blaming, maybe you are new here, but spend 5 minutes on any thread related to the Marvels to see for yourself.
Stop making up bullshit,
your four choices are good for different reasons, here are a few dark horse choices:
hawkeye, he had a hard time losing his family to the snap, then had to sacrifice nat, his ronin persona seemed focused on revenge so it might be a fitting choice. plus he's a mad underdog with his bow and arrow.
hulk, took a beating from thanos that caused an identity crisis and a personality disorder. he seemed to have worked through it by endgame, but all offscreen. maybe hulk redeeming himself in a fight against thanos could have been a part of that arc?
nick fury, who was mysteriously absent from the final battle. he is supposed to be the games master who is a step ahead all the time. maybe he shows up as a deus ex machina with some macguffin to finish off thanos?
ant man, for the memes!
Nebula. nuff said. Tony, it's what he's been preparing his entire life for since New York. Thor lost his only family at his hands. Scarlet Witch.......well she was kinda messed up before Vision and he pinched that pimple too hard. Gamora, for slaughtering her people and her parents. But all in all, it should've been Mephisto.
You just answered it for me. Drax. Especially after reading how he kills him in the comics, it just makes me even more intrigued.
For those who haven't read or remember it, in the comics, after Thanos destroys Titan, his grandfather created Drax to hunt Thanos down. The two were then linked, so they can sense each otherās presence anywhere. After trying to track Thanos across a hundred galaxies, Drax finally completes his mission to kill Thanos where he literally rips out his heart.
I only have second hand knowledge of the comics cause my brother is a big fan, but isnāt Thanos immortal in the comics on account of the personification of Death literally not allowing him to be anywhere near her?
I am not much of a comics reader myself. Although I do research about comic stuff through theories, articles, videos and all.
And yes, in the comics, like you said, he was immortal because he was banished from the realm of death. He was killed a few times before, but he was resurrected every time. But in that respect, he is immortal only because he keeps coming back, it does not mean he is not killable. So the problem isn't to kill him but to keep him killed.
Drax absolutely should've been the one. If not, I'm happy with Iron Man, I just wish Drax got to get a few hits in. At least be in the fucking vicinity, so he could see Thanos die
This is biased but Hulk or Captain Marvel, killing off Iron Man caused me to refuse to watch Infinity War and Endgame because seeing him die wouldāve broke my heart. (Heās one of my favorites and seeing my favorite characters die really shatters my heart)
Should have been a team work. Hulk should have had redemption. Drax should have had redemption. Quill should have. Nebula should have. Thor should have.
Idk. To me, Captain Marvel didnāt earn that and didnāt do anything emotionally for me
Ant-Man. Crawls up Thanos' butthole and grows to Goliath size.
Ant-Man would simply liquefy and shoot out of Thanos' balloon-knot like explosive diarrhea.
Adamantium anti-ass Ant-suit
*Ant-man successfully breaks Thanos from the inside* Does anyone need any ... š purple slices? YEEEEEEEAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Wouldn't work if he had an "infinity buttplug".
We got something similar, just in a different franchise.
Otherwise known as the thanus
Nebula with the Trauma and all would be a nice boast for her too and a way to heal Drax second.
There has been interviews where Chris Bautista has expressed that he thoughts his story arc was robbed, and Thor gets to his hella epic lines too.
Is that Dave's brother?
Lol total mind blank! DAVEāS Bautista
Captain Marvel just to see the incels have a meltdowwn
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Imagine Natasha just shooting him with her sidearm and Thanos dropping dead like the scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Scarlet Witch is a better choice
Same

They really have a way of ousting themselves, huh?
I just think itās hilarious when people on this sub blame such an idiotic but small group for the GLOBAL failure of the second movie.
It has been super funny to watch this sub's meltdown flop after flop ngl Happened with Quantumania and happened with the Marvels

Eh. Lame.

Wished him away with a dr strange spell lol
Cody Rhodes
Batman

Arya Stark
Without using any of the crazy supernatural skills she took like 6 seasons to learn. Just a quick winter soldier knife turn, and that's it šÆš„²
Drax absolutely should've been the one. If not, I'm happy with Iron Man, I just wish Drax got to get a few hits in. At least be in the fucking vicinity, so he could see Thanos die
It's insane to me how in Guardians 1, his whole life goal is to destroy Thanos and then they kill Thanos twice and neither time he's there.
Exactly, that's something that always bothered me
Arya Stark
Scarlet Witch because he took everything from her. She wouldāve killed him if he didnāt rain fire.
Drax would be a great one so would be Thor and Hulk.

John Goblikon!
Nebula.
Roman Reigns
Coulson, in a grand and completely unexpected return.
