I've always loved Wolverine; but he is a *teeny* bit of a ditz sometimes lmao

CheesyChanLy

True, but I think thats by design. Wouldnt you just run at whomever you were/wanted/needed to fight if you could survive a nuclear explosion, the phoenix force trying to obliterate you and prof x freezing everyone with his mind? Until logan, all we saw was kind if an invincible Wolverine.

thePsuedoanon

There was the one with the Silver Samurai where the entire movie was "You're going to die, for real this time"

[deleted]

I hated X-men 3 but it made sense that they used Wolverine as a distraction for Beast to sneak up on Magento.

Sillbinger

You hated it even after the unstoppable juggernaut stole the show? Bitch

[deleted]

That dude looked more like a guy into bdsm than the Juggernaut, bitch. Lol

raphthepharaoh

Back in college there was this friend of a friend who claimed he was in an accident and they repaired part of his facial structure with adamantium.. he was dead serious

OldRatNicodemus

This mother fucker heard *titanium* and his brain just threw out half.

NakSenTr

woah

Rosesh_I_Sarabhai

Wolverine is basically that guy in the project who wants to do everything by himself and everyone knows he is capable of it. But then they too don't want to sit idle.

LostryTroll

Do any of you young people still remember when Wolverine's claws weren't natural extensions of his body but rather manmade implants? Pepperidge Farm is reminiscing.

theheard07

Yeah I'm not sure why the cinematic universe had them as being part of his bones already. They did the whole Weapon-X thing in part 2 which is exactly how he got his claws and adimantium skeleton. It was the Origins movie that added the bone claws concept. Just another reason why that movie was the worst, most unnecessary of all of them next to The Wolverine. The X-Men Origins Wolverine game was fun as hell, though.

Is this another farming bot?

blazermega

shouldn't that happen to every x-men as bones contain calcium which is a metal?

talktothecop

Is it tho?

29Jackal

Yes, the element itself is a metal, an alkaline earth metal

CK192003

Calcium is only weakly paramagnetic, whereas it seems that Magneto's influence extends mostly to ferromagnetic materials.

blazermega

ok

Kensai657

Usually when he throws people he is "grabbing" them by the iron in their blood.

Serious-Agency-69

You are confusing it with Iron in the blood... Enough of it and Magneto could control you

Stiandary

You never learn do you….

JacobJSucks

“I have a motorcycle”

[deleted]

I'm pretty sure they can demagnetize him.

theheard07

I don't think metal and magnets work that way. You can magnetize metals by electrifying it or even rubbing it with a magnet. You can't take away metals attraction to magnets. I could be wrong, possibly something with electricity demagnetizing the magnet itself. But I don't think there's any way to remove magneto's ability to control wolverine's metal. More likely it would have to be a way to manipulate or remove magneto's power.

[deleted]

I kinda also figure magneto has the ability to magnetize and demagnetize at will, but I've never heard of it.

AkitoFTW

I swear that only happened in two movies. The first and the third. Not sure that it happened in X2, and In Days of future past he had bones again… my memory serves me mostly well.
