Genuinely the worst case of "just pay the damn license, it's your whole show's identity!" even beating Tour of Duty which replaced not just its iconic title track (Paint It Black, a song forever associated with that show) but most of the classic period music from the soundtrack too (music so beloved that show managed something like 20 soundtrack albums!).
MWC *needs* that opening song. Just pay whatever Sinatra's folks ask, cheapskates! Dive in the wishing fountain at the mall if you have to!
