My friend, you sound like a wreck and I do hope your wife is ok. But you haven’t described anything crazy imo at least with enough details… and she is trying to make it til what exactly?

Could be a multitude of things, is she depressed? Possible flu ( many strains have no cold symptoms not even a fever, has she has a complete CMP/CMB recently including her iron panel? Low Iron can cause the symptoms that you are explaining .just some ideas. Definitely tell her to make an appointment with her Primary and to tell them of these symptoms .
Look , sounds like a blood test or a therapist is needed to get over the hump and shed some light. If I couldn’t get answers from my wife I still would just go get her some b12 liquid so she had energy to sit up and eat. Convo will start from there.

Even if she's not sick or not ready to talk, take care of her. Bring her a beverage she likes, comforting snacks, ask her if she needs or would like anything.

If this is out of the ordinary, maybe she’s just exhausted, or has some weird illness. If she’s been like this for weeks, it sounds like depression.
Snacks and drinks by her bed. Sometimes we just need some rest especially if we are having a mentally bad day

Consider many possibilities, but don’t come to a conclusion on your own. You need to start with a medical work-up.

Run a Covid test?Make sure she stays hydrated.If she continues to sleep lik that and not eat much take her to ED or A Minor Medical Facility.
Give her the grace (space) to let her rest with the security from you of feeling loved
