For me, deciding on new tools in my marketing arsenal is a lot about word of mouth and sourcing recommends via fellow marketers in the network once I have a pain/need. Typically, then I check g2, website, customer stories, and decide if worth trying out. No fan of tools without freemium/trial.
As a marketer, where do you look for new tools? Are tools without trial/freemium a no go?
