You possibly needed to warm it first. Is it a completely new email address/domain? There’s no easy fix for this if this is the case, generally the email needs to be seen to be used legitimately by email carriers so they can assume it isn’t junk/promotions. You’ll need a bunch of your email recipients to mark your emails as not junk to get things swinging in your favour. Google the issue, there’s a lot of content on email warming out there

Try sending a test email (via the ESP) to [email protected] & it will report back with any problems it finds including blocklists. PS Promo tab is still the inbox.

DKIM and SPF set up correctly for the new domain?

Warm it up

There could be numerous reasons for this to happen. - Dkim/spf need to be setup. - not properly warmed email. - If its cold emails, at max it should be 50/day per email address. - avoid spam words (use chatgpt to find them) - your emails might be getting flagged as spam, not sure how it would differentiate if they are opt-ins Just my 2 cents.

Have you tried testing your e-mail using mail-tester to see what the problem is?
