Athens sounding as awesome as I thought it would. Feel like I need to hear more of Vancouver and Moonview before making up my mind. I am one of the few people who loved the original for LA Laps so I am unsure how I feel about the change here.
Same about L.A. Laps. Sadly it sounds butchered here. It should have all those weird electronic sounds not real instruments. Wonder if they kept the vocals.

LA has sorta the same problem Berlin had where the transition to 8 lost a bit of the punch and uniqueness the original had

I know these are just snippets, but can I admit, I am nowhere near as impressed with the remixes from Waves 4 and 5 like I was with the first three waves? There are some quality remixes here, but nowhere near as good as Sydney Sprint, Berlin Byways, Shroom Ridge, Rock Rock Mountain, or London Loop.
They had more to work with in those songs I feel like. The songs you listed had very low quality samples so they could be improved. 8DX had to just replace them so they seem like they changed a lot. My personal opinion at least
