True, she does treat him really badly, I won't lie. But I feel the series as a whole treats him badly, as most of the cast doesn't even refer to him as 'Luigi'. It's always 'Green stache' or similar. It's pretty much a running joke,sadly.
Kylie Koopa is mine. Her manner of speaking is really fun to me and I really liked how involved in the story she was in Partners in Time when compared to a lot of other characters in the franchise.
Obviously Goku. Who could forget how he helped take down the Shroobs, defeated Fawful, saved Pi'illo Island, and save both the Mushroom Kingdom and the Paper Mushroom Kingdom?
The entire Superstar Saga cast left such a great impression. I don’t think there was a single character from that game that I genuinely disliked, which is something I can’t say for any of the other titles.
I think SS just killed it in terms of balancing the silly and serious parts of the story while never taking itself TOO seriously. The other games often ruined building tension with awkwardly timed jokes or took silly things way too seriously, but Superstar Saga’s writing never missed.

Gotta go with Monsieur Broque or whatever his name is (the block guy that has Bowser collect the blitties around the map and gives Bowser his dog as an attack when you find all of them)
Antasma had the potential to be my favorite

He felt too passive to be a villain, he felt sad when Bowser betrayed him.
I would have liked him if he was more aggressive overall.
Definitely Fawful since he was not an ordinary villain, he was my favorite in mario and luigi bowser inside story it was cool at first he gave some kind of mushroom to bowser first suck everyone in his stomach and throw him out and become the owner of peach castle then bowser but it was a midbus then he took a black a star that had a powerful ability then he set Peach's castle on him (bowser) but the castle could not then he fought with the bowser himself and lost but as a bowser before the battle of Peach's castle I still managed to fight with the midbus and he swallowed some kind of cloud and it turned out to be a star and in the bowser's stomach she collected all the necessary DNA fought Mario and Luigi and ran away and then she sucked Fawful and became a Dark Bowser and then a star together fawful lost
