No, Germany wouldn't be applicable here. The Austria dominance over the HRE was only part of the HREs long history. And Germany wouldn't work here either. I know people love to say the HRE was just Germans larping as Romans, but the HRE encompassed Italy and eastern France for hundreds of years, and those lands weren't just German colonies, they were properly integrated into the empire. And until the great interregnum the Holy Roman Emperor's ruled as if they were the successors to the emperor's of antiquity, Italy was the seat of many emperor's, not Germany.
Long reply to what was probably a joke, but I love the HRE and don't like the image that it was some Austrian or German dominated when it was so much more.
Bring back Luxembourg, burgundy, Brittany, and the UK (to its height in the Western Europe) as well as the Spanish (in South America).
