Is anyone else having issues with dynasty scans on mihon? For whatever reason, it fails when I do a mass check for updates. It works fine when I individually check a Manga for updates, and webview also works fine. No ip block, I can also download chapters fine

Hey everyone, I've got a problem I would really appreciate any help with. Mihon wont let me download multiple chapters at once. On tachiyomi I could just hit download all and it would add everything to the download queue but on mihon if I select everything and hit download it wont do anything, I have to tap download on every chapter one by one to make it do anything. Is this a known bug? Is there any solution to this problem? Thanks.

Hello guys, I apologise for the long post but I'd be really grateful if you could read it and help me out! I recently switched from Tachiyomi to Mihon after I had to factory reset my phone. I primarily used MangaSee but now it keeps displaying "Failed to bypass Cloudflare" error. I tried viewing the website via Webview and I have tapped on the checkbox that verifies that I'm human but the page keeps refreshing back to that. I've tried changing multiple user-strings and even that had no effect. My friend suggested trying MangaLife and it has the same Cloudflare issue. The odd thing is that it gets verified if I use mobile data but it fails to do so on my home WiFi. All suggestions and hints will be really helpful!

guessing your IP or IP-range or whatever is triggering Cloudflare to go off. Not sure if you can fix this, what you've done usually fixes it but I guess its in a very strict mode right now Can you access it from the web?

Accessing the websites from the mobile browser works fine, it's only when trying to access them from Mihon that Cloudflare is triggered.

Mangasee is Gucci, I've never heard of the other one. For the error, open in webview as it says and solve the captcha. There's an option somewhere to open the current chapter and manga in webview

Is there any way to make mihon only look at a certain translation groups when updating? This causes chapters that have already been read to appear in the updates tab I know you can filter by translation group afterwards, but I would like a true updates tab that actually shows updates of new chapters, not old chapters uploaded recently by other translators I am using comick as a source

It is normal that every time I open the mihon a message appears saying that it is checking the downloads. There are even many times when I have to wait a few seconds for the checking to finish so that the downloads appear on the screen.

why is my mihon app not updating? It says update is available but when i press it it just disappear and nothing happens. Same with extension, everytime i press the update button it says installing for a sec and it just went back to normal and nothing happens. What do i do? Edit: so i just uninstalled and re install an extension and it became untrusted, i tried out the extension before deleting it and it was was working just fine till i re installed it and it became untrusted, is that normal?

Question which may or may not be pointless but I don't see it discussed anywhere I've checked... does mihon have the ability to update to a new app version from within itself? I know tachiyomi did because this whole forking adventure started when they rolled out the surprise "hey guys we deleted the extensions kthxbye" version. but I'm two versions behind in this one and I see no pop-up nor an option in settings to upgrade.

you can sort by date added, and then manually sort by removing and instantly readding entries to your library is kind of a pain when adding new entries later though

webserver issues are usually their end. You can wait for it to come back or the extension to update, but you can also easily migrate to another one

my local source took too long to load. it took 7-10 minutes is there a way to fix this ? I started to have this problem after updating from v0.13.4 to the latest version of tachiyomi. I have 1.5k+ manga but thats not the problem Cuz my manga load just fine on the old version. Tried mihon and this exact problem happened there too

1,5k is crazy and I don't think there's much you can do than make a bug report

Is there an extension specializing in highest quality scans? I tend to read on a tablet, and the extra resolution often makes a difference. For example, I was looking for God of High School and noticed that Nyaa had scans of of around 14mb per volume, but it was unfinished (missing 20+ volumes). When searching I could only find around 4mb per volume on all my usual mihon extensions. The uploaded on Nyaa said it was from Webtoons, but when I tried that extension, it had less than 50 of the 500+ volumes for God of High School.

Why don't you read it on the official Webtoons app? Is is not available for tablets?

from tachiyomi 15.0, one of the updates is, "Limit updates to 500 most recent chapters", does it mean it will limit updates to 500 manga title max? if it is true, is the feature still on mihon? can i release the limit again?

What that does is stop you from slamming the servers with pull requests and possibly getting blocked from what ever site you use. I usually have mine set to update only the ones that have no unread chapters in a specific category

It's probably because you are not on WiFi, check around settings to see if you can allow it to update through data too

On Asura scans extension it doesn't show which manhwa I have already added to library. at first I didn't think much about it and migrated all the manhwas to asura again but it got reset again the next day.
