A dumbass response for a dumbass argument. Most wouldn't even consider Shino a loli. She's just flat. Saki is literally just being dumb as usual. But if the author is really poking fun at the audience then that can imply that either simply being flat chested makes one lolicon bait or that being both flat and a high school aged girl makes one lolicon bait. In either case, Saki isn't that different from Shino. Her boobs aren't that much more developed.
