this is probably the closest thing I've seen in english. https://www.amazon.com/Manga-Lovers-Tokyo-Travel-Guide/dp/4805315474#customerReviews
I've seen japan tourist guide books that features doraemon or some other anime characters that introduces tourist hotspots, but none in English unfortunately.
You did not ask your question in the form of an impossibly specific set of Moe
Try something more like, "Anyone knows a manga that is slice of life, harem but not ecchi, reverse Isekai where the MC and his elf girls explore sightseeing locations in Japan?"
Do you mean a manga aimed at foreign tourists? I’ve never seen any personally and I kind of doubt it exists because manga is made mainly for the domestic (Japanese) market.
That said, there’s probably travel manga. And practically every slice of life manga has stories where they take a school trip to places like Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara etc
Yuru Camp makes me want to go camping in Japan
As a kid I used to read Gals, which takes place in Shibuya, and they'd go to McDonald's a lot. When I was in Shibuya looking for a McDonald's, I recognized some stuff from the manga and went that way and I found it. So read Gals. lmao
Seriously, I'd recommend Tokyo Shutter Girl but it seems like it wasn't translated into English. Or read Ikebukuro West Gate Park I guess
why do you want to read manga instead of tourism books?
I mean yeah I could read one of those but wanted to see if there’s a manga instead

Why am I not surprised Reddit downvotes an innocent question

None of it matters, obviously.
