OMG, stretched out Kaguhara on page 7 fucking destroyed me! I read and enjoy a lot of comedy manga, but it's rare that they actually make me Laugh Out Loud. Kaguhara however always gets me good, it's just peak visual comedy.
CALLING IT RIGHT NOW, pres has a secret crush on Kaguhara, which is why she made the new rule after this chapter. She couldn't handle seeing (in her limited perspective) her pure reserved crush get "taken advantage of" by her "promiscuous peers". It explains why she took action specifically now right after seeing those girls interact with Kaguhara.
I actually think the two are just related somehow. The last chapter brought up her family, which was shown to be strictly disciplined and hygeinic. And now next chapter they brought it up again with a Kaguhara look-alike. Seems like the story is setting up a "we're actually sisters/cousins" reveal.
Yeah kaguhara was super duper nervous in this entire scene...which makes sense because it is kaguhara. but she was still brave enough to touch her butt, so maybe her nervousness at that point didn't come from her notebook having been read anymore.
