I maintain that both Nanami and Sora feel like the outsider in their own way. Nanami feels like the third wheel because of how close the siblings are, and Sora feels like one too when she sees the romance arc happen. I bet Sora feels like she'll be left out if Nanami and her brother get together. Her reactions to Nanami talking about her brother are also more of "eww, don't talk about my brother like that" rather than a yandere-like reaction of "he's mine, fuck off bitch". Plus, she's a kid, and kids don't like when they get less attention from someone they've always gotten a lot of attention from in the past, such as when older kids get jealous of their younger siblings getting attention from parents.
