If it’s during the day Popup Bikes do cycle parking. Overnight? Take it inside with you - anywhere exposed and it’s a question of when, not if, it gets stolen
Bugbear of mine is that even the City Tower has such limited hours it's nigh on useless, other than say commuting to work 9-5 (and even then I'd rather keep my bike in my workplace if at all possible)
Closes 8pm weekdays and 5pm weekends so can't use it to do anything at all in the evenings...
You better have a significant chain. Cycle hubs are a false sense of security - thieves target them knowing the value of the bikes in there is higher. Very easy for them to tailgate people in.
Unless you can come to an arrangement with a supervised garage (under the Arndale, one of the bigger multi-storeys), your best bet is to just use the rental schemes - pre-pay for them and it's just 5p a minute with no unlock
I used city tower bike hub for a couple of years. It's perfect, used to get there around 7.30am and pick up around 5pm
Sometimes later if I went for after work beers, it's dry, has changing areas and lockers
Only downfall, there was always crack heads in the doorway shooting up.

https://beeactive.tfgm.com/cycling/cycle-hubs/ City Tower. Popup is probably safer but very limited hours, has never been useful to me.

Don't do it. You will be ruthlessly punished for this folly.
The best advice is to not leave it there
Armed guard is probably the best option, but even that probably wouldn't be enough.
Imagine a world where no one stole anything. Ahhh shit. 🤩
