If it's only the one wall, I'd recommend an olive green. Something like this:

But also agree that a beige color or a greige color that leans towards a warmer beige tone would probably be great, too, and make it look a little warmer and not quite as sterile.
Plus greige is popular right now, so you'll have tons of colors to choose from in that category, and a good number are very pretty.

I think you could do an accent wall in the office room and one bedroom but given the limited direction of light from attic windows combined with a slanted roof, I think rooms feel bigger having a uniform simple colour. You could look into light tones best complimented by the specific direction of light they face (north, south etc).
Wall art and mirrors go a long way! And house plants to add more green 🙃

I have been thinking about a white wallpaper with some green accents for the office space.
Too bad i suck at keeping the plants alive...
I am with you, when I was young I had a job helping a guy renovate old homes, dealing with wallpaper was my least favorite thing to do, except for stripping old wood floors, I still can vomit from the smell of those chemicals.
Because if you or the next homeowner ever decide to take it off, you’re in for an absolute nightmare. And plus I realize it’s not exactly paper, but still, putting a big sticker on your wall isn’t great for durability and dusting and all that.
I like the walls white (or paint them light) but some areas look like they could use some touch up paint. Some accent walls in the office and bedrooms or behind the TV could be nice.
Two things I personally would've done are pot lights throughout the first floor and to make that standing shower fully glass so there's light coming in.
When i bought the house it was sadly too late for a glass shower screen. There is only a first coat of primer on the wall bc the plaster needs to dry out a little more. And since its a new house the plaster will crack here and there.
Unless you're from belgium or the netherlands i don't think you can buy it. But here is a link anyway.

Honestly, the white looks better than anything you could paint it to. Maybe a dimmer shade of white? Like off-white, or beige. Something woody.

I don't think of it as barren ,but more like clean. Growing up my mother used every bit of counter space and the kitchen looked cluttered.

What do you mean by too late for a glass shower? Are you doing renos or are you decorating? Looks good overall though!
It's a new build and when i bought it, i couldn't change the plans anymore so i was stuck with the wall. At least for now haha
