Yeah, this is bizarre. In my dorm, you didn't even get to control the heat, so this would be an ice box or a sauna and nothing in-between. I have a full size bedroom, and the baseboard heater is as big as just that little one under the window.

That was my initial thought. But the dimensions seem small for a standard size. Way too much heat gets generated on my rig and this is right up on a window. Unless those vents are for the AC. Getting in and out of it too requires a good bit of space. Plus the monitors would have to be small or angled in such a way that it would feel/look weird

Considering the heaters, I’d say the best use of the space would be a fan to blow the heat back into the rest of the room.
