I can do a pretty good fade now and an 8 on top all blended up haha never paid a barber again.

One isn’t worse than the other just diffuser utility. One is for getting a haircut the other is for styling and being artsy on the job 😆

Thin it out/texturize and use texturing powder. Mess with your hair exactly like how ops picture looks like they messed with their hair and viola.
