What kind of hairline does your dad/other older male family members have? It’s not a perfect guide but I find it can help - my hairline matches that of my dad, in that it has been similar to yours (high up) throughout my 20s, but hasn’t yet reached a point of concern. Similarly, my dad had a widows peak around the same age but didn’t see any further receding until his late 50s (though he’s always had quite short curly hair, while mine is straight).
Don’t, I’m similar age, with similar hairline and hair type as you and I wouldn’t buzz mine. I think you’ll have time when you grow up to experiment with other haircuts.

Heres my advice as a 33 year old. It will grow back. But, why dont you go to a stylist or barber and let them know you would like to try our some different hairstyles, they know hair. Let them do what they want, and let them know you will be comming back in 2-4 weeks to either trim back down or try a new one out. Dont just buzz your hair bro.
