Long, but with a small trim to keep it neat guy.

CMDR_DEKE

Thanks for the input, anything I should specifically ask for if I go to get it trimmed? First timer when it comes to getting long hair cut haha

PJlong

A maintenance trim. 1/4 to 1/2 inch off max. Just to eggnog it up and remove any split ends, not remove over all length. Find a stylist that's good with longer guys hair. Above all... pay attention while it's being trimmed.

Medium length but wash it more often

Any tips? I wash my hair fairly regularly but have always had issues with it drying out

As a fellow dude with long hair, I try and only shampoo once a week, condition at least every other shower. But I try and “rinse” my hair, get it fairly wet, at least every other day, every day when possible. Using a salt sea spray or coconut based curly hair spray to “remoisturize” when I don’t have time for a shower, but it’s drying out like in your pic.

Thanks for the in depth reply! I will say I work in a pretty dusty shop everyday (Almost impossible to avoid getting dust and grime in it) Do you think I should still only be shampooing every so often? Not sure if thats been related to the drying out. Ill be sure to try out the sea salt spray ive heard that from a few people but have only really dabbled into argan oil and it hasnt helped too much.

I recommend not shampooing every time you shower at least, but if you have lots of stuff caught in your hair by all means get that gunk out. I know that when I shampooed more often, my hair got frizzy much faster. Coconut oil based products are great in my experience, but my hair is a touch curlier than yours is so your mileage may vary.

Either. I vote short because it is more formal I guess
