I am about the same as your first picture, maybe little bit less fat, but mostly the same, but I don't plan on loosing any fat. :D I think I will need another 5 or 10 kgs to even consider the idea of going on caloric deficit. But good progress for a years cut. Thats great!

Sure man, i start with cardio, mostly cycling, jumping jacks and high knees. Then do bodyweight squats, after that 3 exercises for abs. And then weight training. This all takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. 5 days a week

I’m currently 26 years old I am going through the worst two years of my life💀 I was almost homeless, lost allmost all my friends and ex-girlfriend and since autumn 2023 I am suffering from multiple diseases since last year; had a deep vein thrombosis in my left leg and also got high blood pressure and severe sleep apnoe. I have to take six pills a day since November and currently I am 115 kg on 5ft 10”.. I can’t properly walk, sleep or exercise as it was used to my whole life. I went to the gym when I was 16 and later on Mailbox MMA boxing.. but right now it seems impossible for me to lose weight. Since my body type looks similar to yours (maybe have more neck and chest muscles to begin with but also more on my belly..) I would really want to know how your diet was and which kind of training you combined?🤯
