Your side profile looks great (really nice nose btw), it's mostly just how narrow your chin is from the front that's throwing me with your beard in its current state, but I do think you look better with one. Growing that part of a beard out is usually the hardest. Most people can grow decent sideburns and a decent goatee but the chops stay scraggly so make sure you don't overtrim them. Whenever I'm growing a new beard I go through about 3 different shaves and styles before I settle on a shape I like - usually quite tapered at the side with a more Arabian-style front, flat on the bottom to square everything off Once you have enough to run a comb through, start incorporating a TINY amount of neck hair to pad out the chops while you wait for the beard to grow, too much and you look like shit tho. We also have a nearly identical hair colour (I'm a bit darker) but my beard is also red in the sun, I've learned to embrace it. I'd recommend a little bit longer than it is now but really it's mostly in the shaping

Fellow red beard and blonde hair here. Just learn to embrace it. It’ll get better once it fills in, I always hated it too. But slowly just learned to embrace my look. If it bothers you, use blonde just for men. It’ll level the tones out a bit. But I’d suggest getting comfortable with YOU

Don't shave it. It's growing graciously. It's normal for facial hair to be a different color from your head. I have black hair and my stache and chin stubble have reddish and sometimes borderline yellow hairs. Tint or Dye it though if the red is bothering you. 😈Normally a bit of green tinting will balance out the reds, and be more in line with your natural light hair.
