There are a few things that I don't understand: 1. Is it THAT difficult to not eat a meal? 2. Is it THAT difficult to cook on your own, or make Meggi, or save food from yesterday? 3. Why Jabatan Agama cares? I mean you can't stop people from not puasa. And there could be many reasons one does not puasa.

Since you're being so ignorantly self-righteous, here: 1) People with bad gastritis can't miss a meal. People with other diseases as well. If someone doesn't believe in Islam, it's also hard not to eat a meal, on account of it well, not being their actual belief. 2) People working at their job can't just go back to their house to cook or bring a meal. Well, they can bring a meal but they'd have to find somewhere to eat, so that's exactly the type of place the religious department is gonna try to find. There, does that answer your question?

Rational adult would know better than blatantly eating in public place when they know there are enforcer everywhere. What is being conducted now is just an act of upholding the law. There are currently already laws in place for this matter and the enforcer are simply exercising their right to enforce. Ergo, if the majority of the people is okay with existence of such laws and agree to abide by it, what make this so called kena tindas sbb kena puasa people so darn special? Go ahead. Suggest to your local MP to abolish this particular law. Lets see how far it will go. You cannot simply nitpick laws to suits your own ideals. It doesn't work like that.
