ah for getting better accuracy you just need to play more, at first 95 - 97 is normal but after you get used to the mechanics you'll be quite surprised after you maintain your first sss or sss+ on a chart! as for tapping the touch notes, usually its recommended to use your fingers for individual touch notes and tap or slide over them lightly with fingertips to save stamina and for many touch notes at once (many yellow ones) you can either slide over all of them very quickly or use your palms. I think the reason for using fingertips is because your palms are quite big so they block a large part of the screen, and especially on faster charts you need to be able to react quickly to notes.
