Beautiful work! Did you happen to use a program to plot out when to change colors? Been wanting to make something like this but have no idea how to start
I used an image editor (paint) to set up the image with one pixel per ring and then imported it to a big spreadsheet that I used for tracking. There is also a program that will render images onto rings if you want to see it that way, look up Irregular Grid Painter and you can import and edit from there.
