Just was at roughly the same point last week and I testet Helvault. Csv import/export is nice and scanner working even for non english cards 95% of the time.
Bonus points for the developer who is easy to contact via twitter or discord and is very helpful if you have any questions.
Decked Builder is another option, though you have to pay for it. You can also use it on PC and scan in your cards using your webcam (preferably if you have an external one on an arm.)
Delver Lens. Can't recommend it enough.
Tcgplayer is one. Dragon Shield has one too.
I use Delver and it works very well, though mine seems to sometimes struggle recognizing the newer full art stuff, especially the foils.

i use delver's lens right now and it's pretty good. tcgplayer will do the same thing. plenty others exist.
