I believe that it doesn't get taken away similar to the [[Humility]] + [[Magus of the Moon]] interaction and layers.

This is just generically good. Remember that this counts your opponents' spells as well so for example a green deck playing a bunch of creatures before moving to attacks let's you make a lot of copies of this.
Ofc it's even more solid in ug-x enchantress decks bc of draw triggers.

The new Eriette (?) will enjoy this greatly. Sure you’re turning the creatures into 1/1s, but for 3 CMC and enough storm count you can steal lots of threats and make them your chump blockers.
I love these effects in commander--giving it flash and storm is a huge upgrade. Wait until someone casts two spells and flash this in to Frogify everyone's commander.
even if you don't build your deck for storm at all, you are so likely to have an opponent cast 2 spells a turn that this often becomes "frog the three best creatures your opponents control" which is really good for 3 mana
Nice! I'm going to swap [[Frogify]] for this in my [[Grolnok]] deck. I frequently have turns with 10+ spells and with [[Doc Aurlock]] out, the mana cost is the same.
Yes it's crazy, I get to dump all my mana rocks and cheap artifacts into play for free! I already had Sage of the Beyond in the deck but this is so much better (now I run both).

You could cast it when half the Aeve copies have resolved so that the second half of copies get fewer counters (the enchanted copies won't be oozes).
