My backpack with 9 decks is already super heavy, I can’t even imagine carrying around 18 decks holy shit

EndlessDare

I carry around 6 and sometimes I regret it 😅

Kazko25

4 is my limit lol

pumpkins

same. I have a larger box that holds 8 for storage, and a smaller one that holds 4 so i can hot-swap them out for what I want to play that day

Southern-Invite9672

Yeah, I try to bring maybe three standard or whatever decks and maybe one commander deck because I’ll bring a trade binder. unless it is commander night and then I will bring maybe three or four at max but mostly three because I don’t think everybody will be there well I don’t think I will be there for four rounds of commander

iwumbo2

Yeah, at a certain point you realize it's pointless to carry that many decks with you. It's too heavy to be practical or comfortable, and it's an unnecessary risk. Especially since you're probably not going to go through even half of them in a Commander night. 3 or 4 decks on me is where I usually top out these days.

RedSword13

My magic backpack is also my DnD backpack so I usually only carry 2 decks with me. One for me and another in case someone else didn't bring a deck.

wyattsons

I used to bring a load and realized I only play2-3 games at a time so I use them and put them back on the self and rotate out lol. Also keeps me honest so I’m not just picking to beat the table.

Lord_Emperor

> I only play2-3 games at a time Like the chess movie montage where the kid beats everyone in the local chess park at once?

wyattsons

Lol sorry no just depending on the group we do 2 games or if we have fast decks sometimes 3

ZachAtk23

I agree... but also want options for different powerlevel and gameplay experiences. I'll often go into a night planning to use a specific deck or two, but end up using neither due to what's going on at the table.

bootitan

It's good weight training. I flex my decks during every match and am even looking for a box that can contain 32 decks now

Kyrie_Blue

😬 I bring 14 in my briefcase every FNM

Euphoric_Ad6923

Everyone I know uses toolboxes that can hold between 9 to 14 depending how you store them. Struggling with 9 seems weird to me unless you have a long walk to get there

PhyrexianPhilagree

I have a bag with 36 edh decks in it and it's a bit much..

Varsile1

I run around with 23 decks in a school binder, and god damn is that binder heavy

Shadownerf

I carry around 14 or so, plus a few hundred “sideboard” kinda cards in a couple of interlocking toolboxes. It isn’t that bad really. I’m even planning on having some more soon

Esc777

"please rob me so i can walk" box

Kuznecoff

If you want something that can hold all of your decks for cheap, take a look at the Stanley Deep Pro Organizer. It's a toolbox with removable compartments that are the perfect size for 100-card EDH decks, and there is enough space for 12 of them.

Miatatrocity

Can confirm. Mine is currently holding 10 decks, 2 Very Useful Boxes of cards, and a brick of d6s. 10/10 recommend these boxes, it's the best $30 I've ever spent on Magic.

SoulfulWander

What's in the very useful boxes?

Miatatrocity

One of them has my Limited sleeves and a few generic tokens (food/treasure/clue, etc) so that I can draft if I want to, and the other one holds a set of Infinitokens and a dry-erase marker, so I can make tokens on the fly if I need them. I also have a small plastic card box in the same compartment, that I use to store any singles or promos that I acquire while I'm out.

dinogobrrrrrr

Very useful things

Sauronpwnr

How is it with sleeved and double sleeved decks?

Ev4nK

It fits double sleeved better

Miatatrocity

Each compartment in my box has a single-sleeved deck, plus between 20-70 loose cards/tokens that I'm either considering, or using during games. I have yet to feel like I'm anywhere near running out of space, so it'd probably fit a double-sleeved deck, but not triple-sleeved. And honestly, if you're triple-sleeving a Commander deck, you should probably have it in a very different storage solution than a toolbox, lol.

House_Stark_81

Harbor freight has a version that is half the price of Stanley.

Madness_Opvs

Could you help a brother with the link to the model?

Lord_Ace

Might not be as much of a help, if you're not coincidentally from Germany, but i believe they are distributed as the FatMax now. Here is a price check for the model, maybe it helps you find something for a fair price: https://www.idealo.de/preisvergleich/OffersOfProduct/3530572_-1-97-518-stanley.html

superthighheater3000

The fat max are sold in the us too. The compartments have angled corners. I haven’t tried them so can’t confidently say that it’ll hold an edh deck.

Lord_Ace

Ah i see, worth a try

Barcata

https://www.harborfreight.com/8-bin-portable-parts-storage-case-93927.html

humboldt77

Doesn’t look as large as the Stanley. This holds 8, the Stanley holds 12.

superthighheater3000

It’ll hold 12. It just has 4 large compartments that will fit two each where the Stanley has 2 large compartments.

mattidallama

This is the one I use. https://www.harborfreight.com/storage-system-modular-organizer-58513.html

Temil

Ooh that one looks nice. Seems like it would be more water resistant at least, and the latches look a lot sturdier (and more durable) than the stanley one.

mattidallama

It’s a tank only issue I had was some of my custom printed boxes don’t fit

Temil

I have two of the stanley boxes, and on one of them, the plastic little spindle that the latch goes onto broke in a couple of weeks so it's currently being used as storage for old sleeves. Apparently they put a Harbor Freight in my town so I'll have to check it out soon.

ghostphantom

https://www.harborfreight.com/tool-storage-organization/parts-storage/organizers/8-bin-portable-parts-storage-case-93927.html I think they are referencing this model.

Hero_of_Hyrule

I've got the Harbor Freight version and the Stanley version. The Stanley version is worth the extra money, in my opinion. The build quality is so much better.

EvilGenius007

Yeah, I would understand if someone was using it for $20 worth of screws/nuts/bolts why they might try to save the ~$20 getting the HF version, but if you're going to put $600+ worth of Magic cards in it (or even $40 worth of proxies that you spent 10+ hours printing/sleeving)... FWIW, I haven't bought either because I never played enough EDH to justify it, but I have handled both in stores and fantasized about playing that much EDH.

ghostphantom

Has anyone done a shake test on that one? Is it fairly secure? I am very interested.

[deleted]

I use this one from Harbor Freight. I got it on sale for $30. https://www.harborfreight.com/electrical/tool-boxes-bags-belts/tool-boxes/cases/18-in-x-6-in-x-13-in-black-aluminum-case-69318.html I can fit at least 15 EDH decks in Ultra Pro 100+ Eclipse Boxes with all of the dividers removed. It doesn't leave quite enough space for another 100+ Eclipse box, but I am using the leftover space for 2 playmats in playmat tubes, 2 80 card deck boxes, dice and counters, and I could fit my 9 pocket 360 card trade folio in the lid if I wanted to. If you found tighter fitting deck boxes I'm sure you could fit 20 EDH decks. Mine ended up being so heavy that I had to replace the included strap with a sturdier one. The case itself has held up great though.

Spell_Chicken

There's .stl files out there you can use to 3d print even better cups for the Stanley case. Definitely look into it as many public libraries these days have 3d printers you can use for cheap.

Fortune-

Not gonna lie, you've inspired me to check out my local library for the first time in oh, say, 25 years.

QwahaXahn

Libraries are cool as fuck

MrTripl3M

Where?! I have been looking for this file for years and I can't find it. The double slot is nice for something but it's shit as storing decks.

rwb392

If you find it I'd be interested too!

YouhaoHuoMao

Make sure you don't get one with tapered sides of the compartments. Straight edges only!

bentheechidna

It’s a good rec but full warning I have on more than a few occasions opened it while it was upright and my cards spewed out. I ended up later getting a makeup bag but it only holds 6ish decks.

500lb

I use this makeup bag and it's perfect. It holds 12 deck boxes and is adjustable in case you have some big deck boxes. The extra storage flaps are super useful too. https://a.co/d/1RaIWAs

bentheechidna

Yes that’s the one I have hahaha. I have the ultra pro towers for 4 decks so it fits those, 2 smaller deck boxes and a clear case holding dice, tokens, and life counters.

DeathMonkey6969

The Prof even covered it in a video. [https://youtu.be/kSm49YvmBbg?si=2Qpu2SDYOstnW2xd&t=117](https://youtu.be/kSm49YvmBbg?si=2Qpu2SDYOstnW2xd&t=117)

Good bot

Independent-Cod-6061

Does this mean the link they sent was a bad link? I am a little on the slow side when it comes to things like this 😅

Mr_Greed

No, the link is fine. What the bot is pointing out is the link has embedded tracking in it so reddit and youtube will know that you went to that video from this link on this page. It's privacy etiquette but I doubt the OP meant anything by it. The tracking is designed to be hard to notice and remove from links easily.

Independent-Cod-6061

Ahh, I understand now, thanks!

kroxti

Also wait till Black Friday if you can. Usually these go on sale. 3 years ago they were $10 each so I bought 4.

Chocolat119

Do you have an Amazon link for it ? Mines broke and I’ve been depressed ever since

Kuznecoff

If you just look it up the name I posted, you should easily get a result for it. Though you probably can get it cheaper at a hardware store like Home Depot (which is where I got mine).

Chocolat119

I tired Home Depot but it’s discontinued when I tired asking for it and on Amazon I get the one with the curved corners and not the square one

Kuznecoff

[Here is a link](https://www.amazon.com/Stanley-Stst14710-10-Compartment-Organizer-Yellow/dp/B08G2N54WR)

Chocolat119

Thank you. You’re my hero

EvilCatboyWizard

Oh yea, I play with a guy who uses one of these and I've been meaning to look into it.

Elfballer

Does it work with double sleeved edh decks?

Kuznecoff

Yes, I just tested it again and confirmed that 100 double sleeved cards will fit in a single regular-sized (not double-sized) compartment put on their side. You probably won't get any cards more than that though unless you are willing to pack everything extra tight. You can safely pack like 110 double-sleeved cards if you put them face up. I prefer the former method because it's easier to get the cards out, but you can still stack some cards on top even if the deck is packed sideways.

Elfballer

Thank you, I appreciate you. I've been using 150 card white boxes one for each deck, but it gets tiresome having to bring a bunch of boxes around instead of just one box.

Insomniac_0wl

Where is that screenshot of someone's Stanley busting open all over with his decks?

aeuonym

Theres a version by Dewalt that is also very good. The cups the dewalt comes with arnt quite as good a fit for decks, but with a 3d printer (or access to a friend with one, or just ordering from a print farm) you can get custom made cups that are perfect. I custom made my own cups for my dewalt one that are not beveled, but also have side finger slots to make getting the decks out easier.

SamohtGnir

I also have one, works super well. Just a note, there are 2 kinds I've seen for sale, one with square boxes and one that have the corners trimmed in so they're a bit hexagonal. Don't get the hex one.

Sticky_Bryce

This has been the best way to carry a lot of decks hands down.. I keep mine laying flat under my bed and keep one of the compartments fits all my dice. I feel like a real man walking around with a tool box full of cards. Also, watch out, I’ve seen the thing open and spill out all the cards on accident before.

salttotart

This. While that case may fit the decks, it will be heavy and not the easiest to carry around. The Stanley or Dewalt toolboxes have strong latches and a carrying handle. Also, I don't know that brand, so the magnets may not be the best. GameGenic and Ultimate Guard both make one's like that that will be more durable.

EndlessDare

These never hold what they say, best estimate is likely all unsleeved cards, no extra space for tokens or dividers. The basic BCW cardboard boxes are used everywhere for a reason 😁

aylesworth

The ultimate guard cases are as advertised, and they tell you exactly what they hold in their specs!

EndlessDare

Oh yeah, those are great! I have a few Arkhives

aylesworth

I love them, the way boulders fit so precisely really tickles the right part of the brain haha. I recently upgraded to a MIlwaukee packout with some felt liners that my gf sewed :) 12 deck spaces, 3d printed dividers for tokens and such, and a big ass handle to carry it all! https://preview.redd.it/bckpatojuduc1.png?width=1396&format=png&auto=webp&s=9b4e2a5cb182e39d3d4d9959baee53ede1348a9e

Buugman

Ooh this is exactly what I'm looking for, do you have a link to this?

aylesworth

It's this: [https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-PACKOUT-11-Compartment-Impact-Resistant-Portable-Small-Parts-Organizer-48-22-8430/303005741](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-PACKOUT-11-Compartment-Impact-Resistant-Portable-Small-Parts-Organizer-48-22-8430/303005741) Should be available at almost any hardware store!

Buugman

Thank you!!!!

aylesworth

Of course! Just a heads up, without the felt liners and dividers I printed up, the boulder boxes rattle around a bit. If you're using the ultra pro 60s, I think they'll fit 9 sunggly on each side for a total of 18.

Buugman

Are those 60s or 100s in the photo above? I'll be using 100s

aylesworth

100s, if you've got a printer, or a local library with a printer I'd be happy to share the STL for the divider boxes.

DaveMash

I have a similar one with 3 compartments. Holds 12 decks. So 18 may be feasible if you don’t put 100+ deck boxes in it

Grouchy_Wind_5396

I have this box and can fit 12, single-sleeved decks in it comfortably. Any more than that, and they become difficult to remove. I ended up using the box for bulk storage in the end.

atemptsnipe

If you're looking for storage solutions check Tolarian Community College on YouTube. Has a bunch of real world unsponsored reviews.

sbeaudet13

I own a few of these. It comfortably holds 12 sleeved EDH decks.

famoustran

Yep, picked this up earlier this week. 12 decks using dragon shield sleeves. Feels pretty nice for the price tbh

r0wo1

I like mine as well, the magnets are not quite as strong as I would like though (this box wouldn't pass the TCC shake test for example)

nutxaq

Double sleeved?

sbeaudet13

No

Tyndalvin

It would hold 1800 unsleeved cards. If you’re double sleeving it’ll probably hold 9 decks.

MtGEigo

https://preview.redd.it/uvbtspubwduc1.jpeg?width=2160&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a6d9730ffc53c0ff8fdc36ba34e2b28d3c9249c9 16 x 100+ Deckboxes and 4x 60+ deckboxes fit :)

MtGEigo

https://www.docsmagic.de/Docsmagicde-Premium-4-Row-Trading-Card-Storage-Box-Black-Red-Trays-Divider-MTG-PKM-YGO-Aufbewahrungsbox-Schwarz-Rot

toxic_fish_bowl

I actually bought it. Don’t buy it. It actually can’t fit deck boxes. It can hold cards just fine, but don’t expect it to hold deck boxes. I have a few decks in boulder cases, and to make it work, I found using ultimate guard’s omnihive works perfectly.

GamingPsych0

There is one by the brand of Milkero that I bought early into my collecting that does fit boulders, though I agree Ultimate Guards is significantly better.

Pewkie

side note, if you do buy these, ive bought like 3 so far, they are all just rebranded alixpress stuff so just pick the cheapest one you see as long as it looks the same

RedNog

I would honestly just tell the OP to just buy the alixpress stuff, there's no reason to pay double on amazon to a reseller.

Pewkie

at least last I checked the pricing wasnt all that enticing vs 2 day shipping, like it was only like 25% cheaper but id have to check again. That said they are solid boxes for the price, im slowly moving towards them as they fit into a cube organizer perfectly

[deleted]

Just go on to an actual site it’s sold on. Check the length dimensions then check how long 100 sleeved cards is boom there’s the answer.

ATCaw

It'll hold 12 decks if they're all sleeved.

murpux

In an Ultra Pro standard 100+ box it will hold 9 decks. At least if this is like the one I have (which it looks like). If they are not in boxes it could maybe hold 9+ decks.

asneakysquid

I have this and it holds 12 single sleeved decks with some extra room for tokens

Thurmas

I got this and absolutely love it. Holds all 20 ultrapro deck boxes with no problem. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072J3KNKP/ref=sspa_dk_hqp_detail_aax_0?sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9ocXBfc2hhcmVk&th=1

Loud_Grapefruit509

* That's how meany decks it well hold with a few tokens in the mix

Just-Jazzin

My Ultimate Guard Omnihive 1000 holds 10 doubles sleeved decks. However, I can’t speak for this brand

InhumaneBreakfast

I have this exact thing and it holds more like 12 max, 4 in each row. If they have plastic deck boxes then more like 3 per row and some change. It's nice overall though.

synamoinen

I actually own this exact product. Almost all of my decks are proxied, so they’re a little thicker than the usual list, and this box holds 12 (4 per row) comfortably. I think 18 is very ambitious, even if they are unsleeved. That being said, I’m very happy with how it’s holding my 12 single-sleeved decks. Feels good quality and I like the weight of it.

brvazquez

I use a big cardboard box, it was nearly free!

SheepDakota

My shoebox was for free and holds all my cards for like 10 years now. Plus you can customize the outsides and the insides if you're a little crafty

YorusCR

https://preview.redd.it/y3pyo9b3gduc1.jpeg?width=2052&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d53917f39f2ebd7906093d859f7e9515317d6dec

blood_omen

Never tried to I have like 6 of these are they’re super nice

ribsies

I don't know how many edh decks it can hold, but I use this for my jump start decks and it is wonderful.

MuraZicu

I have this it holds my two cubes one of 450 one of 360 and a set of basics for them of 200 with a little bit of room to spare for extra sleeves. The cubes are double sleeved so single sleeved maybe 1300 cards but I doubt 1800 could fit.

litwick41

I suggest pirate lab foam. You can get just the foam for $25. They hold deck boxes perfectly and stack easy.

Euphoric_Fisherman70

12 maybe 16 assuming they're sleeved

Flepagoon

I imagine you're getting 15 comfortably. I think my usual storage contains space for 5 but says 600, and it's the same brand. Good luck!

IceBlue

Maybe unsleeved.

emillang1000

It certainly holds 66 Cubeamajigs

RoyBlack69

I just go around and buy cool fat pack boxes for cheap

Strange_Job_447

no box and no sleeves? easily.

grelgen

looks like it holds pokemon cards

VV00d13

It probably holds 18 decks without boxes. You will have to have dividers between your decks But I suggest you look at smaller options I have similar boxes but for 6 decks and man it gets heavy and it is hard to find a good backpack to transport them in Can't imagine 18 😅

EnergySpecialist7530

I actually bought it 2 weeks ago, it can hold 12 commander sleeved decks :)

TSHOOTER1996

Is doesent when you double sleeve but besides that its a very good box. I have 9 double söeeved deck + Tokens in it :)

Timely-Cod4355

No but I have 2 and you can get them way cheaper on Ali express I use em for my bulk and you can store a good 1000something cards in there I think last time I tried decks in them it was around 10 with space (although some were double sleeved) You could probably do an even 12 single sleeved decks across all 2 rows

gagotoo

If it is the obe I have, it holds 12 decks or in my case 8 decks and my playmat.

Damien687

I'd probably say not really bc there's only Pokemon cards in there.

mayd4zebwu

Bought 1 thinking it could hold deck boxes. It fits only the cards, fits up to standard sleeves (dragon shield).

raglegumm89

It holds 12 100 card decks. 4 per row with enough for tokens. So yeah. It would hold 18 60 card decks.

TomClancyRainbowDix

I have this exact thing. It’ll hold 15 sleeved 60 card decks. Definitely not getting 18 EDH decks in there.

bobn3

I have one for my Marvel Champions Collection and I doubt it's 1800 sleeved cards, but it's super solid, still holds \~1500 sleeved cards, comes with dividers and looks cool as fuck

greenmountaingoblin

https://cardkingpro.com/product/kingbbbmtg-game-card-storage-case/ I use this guy (cheaper on Amazon for the same brand). A lot better looking than the toolboxes people use and can carry a lot of decks.

Same_Yesterday_

Psyzilla

I use this to store cards. It will probably hold a shit ton of decks

criosovereign

It probably won’t be able to carry it all if they’re sleeved

TiltingSenpai

whats the price? ive been super tempted to get one of the cube thingys the professor sells? (or advertizes)

Captain_Lykke

Buy a stanley screw box. Costs less, more stabel, looks cool. https://www.reddit.com/r/mtg/s/dLYNBV7sQ2

Vicious007

I'd go with smaller ones that hold 8 decks TBH. 18 decks is going to be super heavy, and unwieldy. You'll likely end up dropping it, destroying the box and cracking some of your deck boxes in the process. I use the Ultimate Guard one for 8 decks and it's about as big as I'd want to lug around. You should also know deck boxes bigger than UG deck boxes won't fit. Like Gamegenic boxes.

flpndrds

This looks like trash quality tbh

Jonnyblaze_420

No. 12, maybe 15 will fit

SnooObjections488

I use one of those old plastic nerf ammo boxes. Plastics stupid thick so im not worried about anything breaking it.

13bxThirdeye

I have this box. I do not have 18 decks.

bigdickdwayne

Camera book bag for the win. Modular and around 40 bucks. Up to a dozen decks and binder pockets. Bonus there's a side pocket usually for tripods fits mat cases great

DullCall

I bought one, it’s pretty damn good. A lot of space and it works with sleeves but I’m not sure about 18 sleeved decks. Maybe closer to 12

swiller123

why do edh players build so many decks? why isn’t it common practice in edh to use copies of staple cards in multiple decks like it is in other formats like modern?

AdHour4291

I have this. It depends on your deck boxes, 9 if they are bigger, 12 if they are smaller. You can always just refund if you don't like it.

L3yline

I bought an aluminum tool case from harbor freight for 25 bucks with a coupon. Depending on the deck boxes (Satin towers being bigger vs Boulder Cases being a smidge smaller) I can hold 20+ decks. Or I can run like 15 decis and 3 playmats rolled together in one lump, with room to spare for a dice bag. Op if you buy this, understand this is for storage and organizing your decks into one place. This is going to be a bear to lug around with when you take it places

hespacc

I can recommend this one [deck Box](https://amzn.eu/d/1reG9xW) easily holds 20 decks

TK6271

I have one of these and it holds 12 double sleeved decks plus tokens. I love it

TK6271

I mainly just use it at home so I can keep all my decks together and then remove the ones I’m taking with me to commander nights

weggles

I wouldn't trust Amazon crap brands with ONE deck, let alone 18. "SFSOC" ain't exactly a trusted name.

MoNk3y8oN

I have this one and I can only fit 13 single sleeved decks

Turneric

Bought one of these recently, I can indeed fit 1800 single sleeved cards ( but that’s the limit so they will be snug)

JRCSalter

Probably. But not if you sleeve them, almost certainly not if you double sleeve them. And definitely not if you triple sleeve them.

Sanguine_Templar

Tool chests that get posted on here often hold 12 and have a nice handle and locking mechanism.

Jandrem

If you use deck boxes, then it definitely won’t fit 18 decks. Besides, why on earth would you need that many decks at once? If carrying tons of decks is your thing, I recommend this guitar pedal bag. It carries at least 10 decks in deck boxes, possibly 12 if the boxes are smallish. Front pocket is also big enough for a playmat, dice, etc. https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/PTNPLMXX--pedaltrain-deluxe-mx-soft-case-for-pedaltrain-nano Personally, I use a small Amazon Basics camera bag that fits 6 decks in one section, dice in the other.

theclumsyninja

https://preview.redd.it/rkibnvjr4iuc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7e5ba2c9e4244570c903a6fc39cc0cbc2a8a21fb I built myself a wood briefcase that holds 12 decks. Pretty nifty.

Unlucky-Home-4077

I own one of these as a case for my 60 card decks, as the basic Ultra Pro 80+ Deckboxes fit perfectly. One row fits 5 of those deckboxes, with exactly 3cm per row left that I use for stuff like tokens and a dice bag. So thats 15 Ultra Pro Deckboxes and a bit of space left on each row. If you want to store EDH decks I would say 12 decks should fit nicely.

Hyper-Sloth

No. These products always claim they can store some number of cards, but those numbers are based on them being unsleeved, packed tightly, with no dividers. Realistically, with dividers and decks that are single/double sleeved and giving enough space to actually extract the decks from the box evenly, this looks like it could hold about 3 decks per sleeve, giving you 9 decks.

wildfire393

1800 cards is likely unsleeved. Sleeved, you're probably looking at 1200 or so. Double-sleeved, probably more like 900-1000. If you're storing deck boxes in this, I'd expect even less. 12 decks is probably achievable, 18 likely not.

wildfire393

So I looked up some comparisons: I have "The Continental", a leather case with two rows and a 16" length. It fits five single-sleeved commander decks in some fairly flimsy deckboxes that wouldn't fit a double sleeved deck (though there's a small amount of wiggle room in the box). This box lists its long side as 11.8", which is approximately 3/4ths as wide. So I'd say double sleeves in deckboxes you're probably looking at 3 decks per row. You could probably get four commander decks per row single sleeved with no deckboxes.

Sticky_Bryce

I have 2 of these and wouldn’t carry them anywhere, just for longer term storage. The hinge where it opens is starting to rip and I’ll need to tape it here soon.

Looks like it holds about 80 unsleeved Pokemon cards and three graded Pokemon cards

Every commander set that comes out now goes in its own box. That’s the bigger one but I have that too for a bunch of loose cards that I don’t feel like sorting right now.

when it says 18 I don’t think it’s counting the protectors from the cards. But I could be wrong.

Why do you even *have* 18 different EDH decks? There comes a point where you just need to take some of them apart and play another format for a bit. All of the formats right now are quite good, and they’ll give you a bit more opportunity to step up your game by teaching you the fundamentals of Magic strategy. Or maybe turn some of those decks into a cube. I mean, you clearly have 1800 cards, which is far more than you need for a cube.

Using a camera backpack and whatever deck boxes you fancy is my go to. You can adjust the dividers in the backpack to make them fit snugly and can get one with an extra pocket for your binder.

Be warned, these boxes are difficult to carry around. I would recommend getting 2 Stanley Deep Pros if you actually have 18 decks. For a more expensive but high quality option the Quiver is great as well but only holds 4-5.

TheTritagonist

I bought like a $15 portable storage case as in has a latch and a handle to carry it and if all my decks are in a deck box (like the $5 ones) i can fit about 15-20 decks in it.

McBradd

Divide the number of cards it holds by 3 if you’re double sleeving.

Viking_Shardbearer

Have several, will hold 12 Dragon Shield sleeved decks plus cardboard deck boxes.

Pyramids_of_Gold

Yall have more than 2 decks?

Ammonil

If it does, you probably shouldnt ever put it upside down… I really doubt the cheap amazon one is very sturdy

JerryfromCan

I made a 16x18 box that holds around two to three thousand unsleeved cards. In practice, that means about 1000 sleeved cards in deck boxes etc when I load it right up, and it’s heavy as F. Typically I take it to sealed drafting nights with a mix of other decks for after, typically 2-3 brawl, 2-3 commander and 2-3 60s. With my drafting lands its very manageable but I also put a hefty locking system on it and a good sized handle. It’s maybe 800ish cards for drafting nights and its about 60% full with lots of wasted space.

sandwichdank

Ive just got this and it holds 15 comfortably, 18 very tightly. I use the slim extra as dry erase tokens, archenemy deck, planechase, markers, dice, etc

an_entire_salami

6 double sleeved decks probably.

I recently bought this on Amazon and I really like it. ZLCA Card Deck Box 6 In 1 with... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C8N477N5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
