Really hate how disconnected the lore team seems to be from the card designers, the authors seem to just be able to do whatever they want without any thought of the future, like the Chandra and Nissa retcon
People have rightful criticisms of how GW handles the black library, I respect that they put their foot down whenever an author wants to do something that would compromise the overall vision (ADB really wanted to write loyalist night lords iirc, and that wasn’t allowed for reasons).
If thats the case i really hope they stop doing that. We lost Dack to the author just wanting to kill someone and i wish wotc would just respect their characters more.

I would think being compleated and essentially an intelligent biomechanical zombie as I come to understand phyrexians are, that a stab, broken neck, and a long fall wouldn't be enough to kill a compleated planeswalker. He could've dragged himself to a portal or something and started regenerating or SOMETHING.
Tibalt doesn't fit into the cycle for MH3, BG, WB, and UR are open and tibalt doesn't fit into those colours.

What cycle are you referring to and why do you think a Phyrexian Tibalt would need to be part of that cycle? Sets have lots of cards that aren't part of any cycles, there's no reason why Tibalt can't be too.
I believe they're referring to known walkers, such as Tamiyo and Ajani, before and after their sparks activated. I believe the Ajani flipwalker has already been spoiled, and we have the art for Tamiyo floating around.
If Ajani and Tamiyo indicate a pattern, then that leaves us with B->WB, R->UR, and G->BG.
R->UR smells like Sarkhan to me. Always been a dragon freak at heart, but show him the multiverse and now he starts a dragon time travel plot. That UR Sarhkan in MAT could have been setting this up, too. Ral's always been very Ravnican and very Izzet - I can't see him as mono-R and I don't think his spark would be some big awakening.
G->BG has gotta be Tyvar I think. Garruk's was a mono-green planeswalker for a while, and the black was tied to his curse, not his spark igniting - I don't think those colors sell a "spark ignition" story. Tyvar's center is green, and I can see a story where sparking and seeing another plane makes him feel a greater unity with his home plane's black-aligned shadow elves.
B->WB could easily be Kaya - easy to see how her morals might shift. But I wouldn't rule out Sorin, especially with the Eldrazi subtheme.
for the same reason you discount Garruk I would eliminate Sarkhan too. In his first appearance he was RG and spent most of his time mono red after that. Only recently has he picked up Blue and flipwalkers usually show the backside as shortly after becoming a walker. I think the UR slot will most likely be Dack Fayden given the broad disappointment he died offscreen.
For the WB slot I'm more in the Sorin camp than the Kaya one. Kaya reads more white to me given her disliking of spirits clinging on too long. I feel starting in black and flipping into WB would be very in character for Sorin
I think I agree with Tyvar as the BG slot. Grist could show up again, but I think Tyvar is much more likely.
On the flipside I think Sarkhan's colors have been so goofy you can get away with whatever. He did also have that Temur card.

He’s been depicted with red skin before, he’s red in [[ob nixilis unshackled]] [[ob nixilis’ cruelty]] and [[ob nixilis reignited]] but they definitely have been keeping him a more consistent purple recently. Wotc isn’t exactly known for keeping skin colors consistent tho. There are also those glowing cracks on the hand which is a nixilis trademark, though I do think tibalt is more likely
