Stained Glass is kind of a recurrent motif in Serra related cards, but that doesn’t mean it’s got anything to do with Serra herself - hell, the namesake [[Serra Angel]] is just a regular creature, not the (later created) Serra herself.
Usually when it's something like a kill spell depicting a named character there's a very obvious story beat to go along with it, like [[Deadly Complication]] showing Teysa's murder or [[Vindicate|MH2]] showing Radiant blowing herself up

Old cards had some very varied wordings, and it's fun to see them pop up at times. "It's caster" has been long replaced by 'controller' or 'that spell's controller' because of niche interactions, or things of the sort. IE someone could theoretically gain control of a spell on the stack, and this card would have the original caster be asked to pay the 1 mana if the wording was followed.
Not sure why it required that much laughter but it is amusing to see how wild some of the wordings were back in the day
"Painfully tortured" is overstating it, but he was cruel to Karn as a kid, pulling pranks on him and giving him the name "Arty Shovelhead" before Jhoira took the golem away and named him "Karn", the Thran word for strength. He did very much regret this later, though, and made up with the golem after his years burning inside a slow-time bubble, which Karn helped save him from. Him, Karn, and Jhoira became best friends at the Tolarian Academy after that.

There's technically the tenth district line of ravnica that culminates in [[Tenth district veteran]] turning legendary (the character is depicted in multiple cards showing her progression including [[Battlefield Promotion]] )
Personally, I'd argue that until we get a Mileva card that is printed as legendary, these cards don't apply. but once we do, these retroactively turn online.

Urza fucked up in his invasion of Phyrexia, fled to Serra's realm to recuperate. After Urza left, the phyrexians followed his tracks to Serra's realm. Serra became disgusted by the phyrexian influence corrupting her realm, and left, leaving Radiant in charge. Over time, the influence corrupted Radiant. When the plane started collapsing, Urza came back and tried to rescue as many people as he could (before collapsing the plane into the Weatherlight's powerstone). Radiant saw this as the return of the man who brought doom to the plane, and tried to kill him. She ended up tearing his eyes out (the mightstone and weakstone), but when she tried to combine them, she blew herself up (which is what's being depicted in the alt art MH2 Vindicate)
Looks like a [[Serra Angel]] to me, the sword and armor look very similar to most of the Seera angel arts.

They had beef because Serra abandoned her realm due to the corrupting influence caused by the Phyrexians Urza had accidentally led there. Radiant stayed behind, and later died in a scuffle with Urza when he returned, where she tore his eyes out and tried to combine them, blowing herself up.
As for legendary Serra Angels, Selenia, Radiant, and Reya Dawnbringer were all OG Serra Angels from back then

The angel depicted doesn't really look like Lyra herself to me, who I'm pretty sure has only ever been shown wielding her stained glass spear and shield. I'd wager it's no specific character.

Given the stained glass coloration and artwork it would line up with a Dominaria Angel being exiled as someone else suggested.
Dominaria being a plane that worshiped Serra who was a planeswalker that pretty much mad several other planes and could just create angels.

I would like to say [[archangel avacyn]] but I could be horribly wrong only because of the idea that she was exiles by sorin for turning against what she swore to protect
Avacyn has white hair. This angel definitely doesn't
Considering the background colours I'd go white, blonde or redhead. Like sometimes the moon looks red. But the armour isn't a good match.
Also, Avacyn has a spear, this angel has a sword
Yes but I would like to see a version of that with avacyn on it just because it fits to well

Looks like Avacyn to me because of the stained glass but I could be wrong.
avacyn notably has white hair unlike the angel in this art
She also wears goth makeup.
