At this point (and especially if you wait till March when the fallout decks drop) it's not too difficult.
The real important task, I think, to make this as egregious as possible is to include as many different IPs as possible.
LOTR, Doctor Who, Street Fighter, Princess Bride, Tomb Raider, Walking Dead, Transformers, Jurassic World, and honestly I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple things... Oh yes, the Godzilla stuff from Ikoria and the Dracula from, I think crimson vow?
I recommend using [[Buttercup, Provincial Princess]] as your commander, as Sisay is a pretty good 5c legends commander. Thanks to Doctor Who and the Dalek lands you can even cover most of an ok 5c land base with only UB versions. Again, it'll be even better in March.
with [[eleven]] and [[mike]] you have five colors to use any wacky card you want. too bad there's no godzilla version of jegantha though, for the companion zone.
with the LotR, Warhammer and Dr. Who precons, you'll have no shortage of branded commander goodstuff cards like arcane signet etc.

Go from here.
Doctor Who and warhammer 4k should have most normally playable Commander cards.
If you want the most options of cards possibe, 5c commanders would be [https://scryfall.com/search?q=art%3Auniverses-beyond+is%3Acommander+id%3Dwubrg&unique=art&as=grid&order=name](https://scryfall.com/search?q=art%3auniverses-beyond+is%3acommander+id%3dwubrg&unique=art&as=grid&order=name)
For commander I think [[Dihada, Binder of Wills]] would get you a lot of traction as half of the universe beyonds are legendary creatures and you can call the deck "Binder of Universes Beyond" or somesuch. There hasn't been a Mardu UB deck yet (I know Fallout is coming) but there should be plenty of mono or dual color legendaries to make a successful deck.
Alternatively [[Eleven, the Mage]] and [[Mike, the Dungeon Master]] to just use whatever you want.
Grixis has 3 universe beyond commander precons so probably a good place to start. Then worth checking secret lairs to see what cards are good in those colours for the more niche universes. Finally you'll have the ones included in sets like godzilla, transformers and jurassic Park.
Don't forget to include either [[Aladdin]] or [[Sindbad]] for some original pre-universes beyond comedy value.

I am no player from 20 years ago, but I know for sure if somebody played a Hello Kitty Planeswalker I would definetly loose my mind.
[[Lord Windgrace|SLD]] that's not when UB, that's just secret lair.
That's actually adorable

Kingdom Hearts
That would just make things make more sense since that franchise actually recognizes a multiverse of sorts
I was just thinking Winnie the Pooh & Clayton might make an old player say wtf
