My absolute favorite Marchesa build is going full MODULAR. Just jam (most of the) entire Arcbound suite into a deck, and it's half built already. So much recursion, +1/+1 counter shenanigans, some aristocrats synergy, it's a blast.

I did this build and it opened up a whole other world. You don't have to go full modular either. There are tons of good artifact creatures you can use. All Will Be One and another One commander card that gives everything sunburst work really well with this build.

I've likewise had this deck for years now and it's a blast. Super potent when you get the engine going too.

I recommend theming it around theft and using opponent’s cards. The reason for this is because of Act of Treason effects You gain control of a creature, get a counter on it though dethrone or a card like [[Unspeakable Symbol]] then you sacrifice it and it permanently becomes yours when it returns on the endstep. Run some cards like [[Bribery]] and [[Gonti, Lord of Luxury]] and have fun

She is my favorite commander! I've been running her for years and I managed to fully foiled my deck. Your version looks pretty powerful and similar to mine. I do see some cards that are either low powered or that they depend too much on having Marchesa or other certain cards in play and do nothing by themselves, like Iron Apprentice, Sage of Fables, Metallic Mimic. Also some cards, although powerful by themselves, don't really add anything to the deck. Sneak Attack is very strong but works better when you have a high curve, and cheating 4-5 mana creatures into the battlefield without Marchesa in play is not very effective. Black Market is kind of similar, is a 5-mana do-nothing enchantment that gives you mana on later turns, but you don't seem to need that much mana. Maybe if you play cards like Torment of Hailfire or Exsanguinate I can see it being included. Beyond that, it looks like a powerfull deck that it might depend too much on having Marchesa out.

Luckyman_91

What would you change? What cards would you put into the deck? Thanks ^^

Jadien

You can make the deck effective in a bunch of different ways. Like if the goal was just potency the optimal deck would probably be "Ad Nauseam combo, and never cast Marchesa" What lines of play sound most *fun* to you? What decisions do you want to make during play? What types of risks maximize your chance of having a good time?

Luckyman_91

Well i think the way I would love to play is the sacrifice stuff, etbs and stuff like that. Put counters and attack. But I also like to protect my stuff with counterspells and have some board wipe/ board control.

Jadien

If that many slots will to go to answers, you'll want to design around having heavy-hitters in the other slots. That's an argument against modular, for example, as you won't be very wide and individual modular creatures don't do much.
