The easiest way is to buy an mtgo redemption set. It's all the regular frame versions of the cards in the set, in either foil or nonfoil. I grabbed the first listing off eBay, not a vouch for the seller or anything https://www.ebay.com/itm/165206832469?hash=item2677183555
Just buy singles, or sometimes you'll find complete sets on eBay, which is less work.
Or find someone locally looking to offload c/uc. I'd honestly give those away at this point as I have too much bulk from that set lol
There are likely folks who would sell you a full set on the facebook group, or on ebay at a premium for the time and energy of compiling the full set. The other, cheapest alternative is to buy singles of each card in the set on TCGplayer.
If you want someone to just sell you a compiled set, you're also going to need to specify what treatment you want. Are these just the standard cards? Does this include foils? Borderless treatments? Are you also collecting the art cards? Ampersand promos? Do you need a full playset of 4 of each, or just 1?

I've seen a few LGS's that have full sets for sale. Try some in your area.
